There are under new management with new staff that are AMAZING. They help out with any problem and are extremely fast. Are always up with stock and best shop to turn to because it's all under 1 rooftop....try it an see for yourself!!

Ordered a full set of school uniform on the 11th of June at the school open evening. Paid in full big mistake. I rang the shop only to be lied to numerous times e.g I will phone you back as soon as I know (no phone call back) I also visited the shop to collect part of the order only to be told another excuse. In the end I bought my uniform from Wendy’s in atherton and collected my refund for the missing items on 1st September!!!! Yes-12 weeks of waiting. DO NOT PAY FOR ANTHING IN FULL. PAY FOR WHAT IS IN STOCK ONLY OR EVEN BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wish we had read the reviews before buying from here. Nothing but problems. Bought and paid in full for school uniform for my 3yo, during a school open evening. Only took half of it on the day. Told they would let us know when the other items were in. No phone calls, no information, no return calls.
AVOID THIS SHOP!

Absolutely disgusting service NEVER USE THIS SHOP
Bought my daughters uniform in August last year still waiting for school skirts that I paid for, spent lots in shop as daughters 1st year at Bedford high
Been to shop loads of times weekly to see if my skirts in all I get is be in next week, asked for refund and totally refused, this matter is out of my hands now. -also been onto school about this as they advise you to buy from this shop, they are going to sort this matter out as well and not be recommending bang bang again,

I usually don't write reviews but this time I'll make an exeption because I want to warn everyone. Please avoid this store and save yourself a lot of stress and trouble.
The treatment I received there is absolutely appaling..
A complete lack of professional customer service and organisational skills.
While the staff is trying to sort out all the mess in order books, the owner is sitting at the back of the store eating lunch...disgusting.
I ordered a full set of clothes mid July and waited 5 weeks in total for all
items ready to be picked up even though I've been told it would be ready for me in a week's time.
When I came back the following week after I'd placed the order I was told it wasn't ready yet.
The owners of this store keep teeling you they will treat your order with priority but it never happens. When you confront them with simple questions, they can't even answer how long does it take to process the order or to manufacture a t-shirt (in my case it took 4 weeks for 2 embroidered polo shirts - absolutely laughable). But I suppose it's "not that bad in the Bang Bang world" as I heard other people in the queue complaining they've been waiting for 6 weeks already so I consider myself very lucky....
Avoid, avoid, avoid at all cost!
I won't come back there and will make a request to school to remove this store from the approved supplier's list.

Amazingly poor customer service standards....bordered on shocking. Trying to ring and they keep slamming the phone down on me!!!! Disgusting behaviour for a retailer for children. Besides this, they need to check they have advertised the correct business number. Rang some poor man who's private landline is advertised on Facebook. Can tell he is getting frustrated with all the calls. Sort your number and sort your service out!!!! It's embarrassing.

Terrible customer service. Tried ringing but the number on Google is wrong. Got the right number but it just rang and rang.
By the time I eventually got through they couldn't speak for long as the card reader goes through the same line. I was told they'd ring back in 2 minutes but it never happened and the circle started again.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
