Previous purchase desided me to to get in touch about a watch I'd seen on Facebook. Messaged Michelle after hours & she replied yes we can do that for you, nothing was to much trouble always helpful. Watch came in went to the shop, watch was brilliant. Tried it on for size, they altered the bracelet to fit perfect. These guys re mounted my wife's engagement ring in platinum ( we were sick of white gold a.k a rhodium plating needing re doing every year) and got a matching wedding ring at the same time so they match perfectly. We went to Jack Jordan for our memorial jewellery, there was lots to choose from, the service we received was exceptional, dignified and so personal. Mike and Chel ( and the huskies) welcomed us in with big smiles, they took the time to explain how the process of putting ashes into jewellery works, then allowed us to watch the whole process.. with a hot drink! (Or a beer) they really do care and will take as long as you need to help you decide on which piece to buy! Great shop, great service, great prices, great people! Thankyou for our stunning jewellery!

I didn't even know this lovely shop was there as it is at the very end of Bradshawgate but I found them doing a google search of jewellers in my area as I had butchered the strap of my husbands brand new watch and needed to get it fixed! I called in today to see if they could help and was met by the lovely owner (and the two most gorgeous huskies!) who was able to deal with it straight away. The service was impeccable and I will most definitely be returning for any jewellery needs and recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much for saving me (and the watch!)

Originally popped in for a ring sizing but the staff were so lovely and helpful we bought my wife’s engagement ring on our first visit..! We were so pleased with the price and quality we returned to begin designing our own bespoke wedding rings which we later purchased over the course of a couple of months and had the pleasure of being greeted enthusiastically by the dogs each time as we checked our sizing and got my sisters wedding band produced as she was so impressed with our rings. We have since moved from Leigh but look back on these times very fondly and will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family and be returning for an eternity band in the future. My wife and I have used Jack Jordan Jewellers on many occasions, and have always been pleased, not only with the excellent service, but also their range of hewllery, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they have catalogues of jewellery that they can get for you – they did that for us with some marcasite jewellery – a great personal service. Recommended!

Came I for a special piece of jewellery. Knew what I wanted, but didn't know really. They happily got out samples for me to try and gave me some really sound advice as to what would compliment my other piece of jewellery, not compete with. I gave them my budget when I started looking and at no point did they try to make me exceed it. It was by chance that I did but that was my choice. The after care service that they've thrown in is fabulous. These guys are really knowledgeable. I've shopped in there before having my rings cleaned and they've always been really friendly. I purposely chose to return there because of this and they didn't disappoint. I'd happily shop there again and again, I'd recommend them to anyone and I do!

Had my rings cleaned with Jack Jordan Jewellers yesterday. They come up so clean and they give me advise on how to look after them. The shop itself is very very welcoming. Service was 100% on point. Can't complain at all. My rings are like new. I need some chrismas gifts soon. They are going to be doing some online webshop witch I'm looking forward to shopping for. the selection on price is low end to high end with a massive selection so there somthing for everyone to suit any budget.

We do a 15 mile round trip just for Jack Jordan. I've purchased a time piece , others repaired , new batteries, chains repaired and rings repaired and polished. Michelle and Mike are a lovely couple " not forgetting Rufus the husky " that really know what they do and do it well.
