We've been consistent customers of Legacy Telecom, ordering 40 units of headsets for our team since July 2023, with a total spend of over £4,400. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Out of these 40 units, 4 headsets were faulty—cutting out mid-call, picking up excessive background noise, and overall being unfit for professional use. While we understand that occasional defects can happen, the way Legacy Telecom handled this issue was unprofessional and dismissive. When we raised the concern, instead of addressing it with the care you'd expect from a company that claims to value its customers, we were met with unprofessional responses. Their representative, Jess, was particularly dismissive, implying the fault was on our end rather than considering the possibility of a defective batch. Despite never having raised issues or asked for refunds in the past, we were only offered a credit note instead of a proper refund. For a company we've supported consistently, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. Faulty products are frustrating enough, but being treated as if the issue is insignificant or our fault only adds insult to injury. Given how poorly this situation was handled, we will seriously reconsider any future purchases from Legacy Telecom. I would caution other businesses to think twice before relying on their products or expecting quality customer service when issues arise.
