The manager is not very approachable, only wants to hear his side of a disagreement.
Unable to sort my problem with him. Had to leave without the items I wanted as he refused to serve me. If I was wrong on the point I was trying to make, I'll hold my hands up and apologise.
I doubt he'll do the same.

Great selection of products and excellent value. Nice variety of wool/yarn for knitting and crochet too. Staff always helpful and pleasant.

Nipped in store for bird food and coffee , safety measures operating quite well , plenty of stock also , bought the birdies, dried crickets and soldier flies , not tried before , hopefully they will enjoy something different , cash accepted at tills as well as card

The shop is nice, cheap stuff. But of one staff by the till on 18.9.22 at 12:40pm was very rude to customer sounds like a racist person even though l am older person and she's Yong girl and no respect at all.she shouldn't be there.
