I cannot believe the customer service I have received within the last two days from these guys. Setting up a shopify store is one thing, but making all those small changes to really improve your customer experience and move with the times is another. Their speed, accuracy and friendly help and advise has been invaluable and store changing for me. Rainy City Agency improved our website tremendously and redesigned the way I wanted. Project manager, Dean, was very responsive to all of my emails and was always available for zoom meetings if I needed to discuss more in details.
