Ordered a PE top and socks. Socks came with no issues but the PE top did not show. Queried and was told up 4 - 6 weeks. Waited 9 weeks in total and not received and no communication. Requested a refund and it was not processed as requested due to lack of communication. Left with no PE top and £30 poorer. It’s a shame as prior to this, I had a good experience. Order 15087

Great little place to order uniform. Nice guys who work there, very polite and honest and the quality of clothes are great. There was an item missing from my order and they were very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful

Spoke to 3 different companies which got me nowhere and charged more.
Steve picked up the phone. gave me his email address and told me what to send to him, then filled out the quote at 16:54 on a Friday in a few minutes before end of business.

First time round I got my T-shirts done quickly and looked fine. However when I asked for a repeat of the purchase after supplying them with the garments again, It has taken around 2 months to produce them. I had to keep emailing to find out what was going on since they never emailed off their own back to let me know what was going on.
After what felt like forever I finally them to find out the graphic I wanted on the item was significantly smaller than the first batch and one of the graphics was scratched and peeling!

We ordered our jumpers with our logo and they arrived on time and looked great. We've just put in our 2nd order for jumpers and t-shirts. I highly recommend Bubble for all your customised workwear! Sam & Mike are brilliant to deal with.
