Had the toys I wanted having checked out Asda and argos, only to learn they were out of stock. Simple phone call and staff reserved the items, picked them up a couple of hours later. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I purchased a dolls pram for my daughter for Christmas and the changing bag was missing I have contacted the store on several occasions and left them with my contact details whilst they have been trying to sort this out and we are now February and I'm still waiting for the missing bag and reply to all the calls I have made. It's a shame I couldn't rate this a zero

After careful researching I bought my daughter a doll pram from Storktown 2 years ago. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Two years later the much loved pram developed a fault, Storktown toys were, again, helpful, polite and efficient. I would definately recommend them!
