Ordered for the first and last time, order wrong, I asked for naan bread got rock hard pitta bread, asked for chilli sauce got mayonnaise, asked for chips got cold soggy fries, all in the bin, ruined my Saturday night treat

Food is not the best very greasy. Takeaway got my order wrong and delivery driver blames me. I never ate what I ordered that night what I payed for also had a bit of an altercation with him. No apology from the takeaway and no sorting out my order. Never again a shame

Ordered Kids meals made it over 14 so I got a garlic bread free as I wernt that hungry came with kids meals said now its 15 when u get free garlic bread so iv no food now lol well try updating ur website in future wont order again !

Ordered a 14inch pizza and onion rings for delivery. Came quickly as usual however the pizza was lukewarm and the onion rings were cold, soggy and limp. I rang them to tell them and to see if they would replace as it was nowhere near their usual standard. I was asked if there was anything actually wrong with the food and why don't I put it in the microwave! No apology and refused point blank to offer a replacement or refund when asked.I have used this takeaway many times but after the response i received, I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on. I had to write this review as I was stunned by their attitude.

COLD FOOD. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. YOU GET A TIME GIVEN TO PICK UP BUT ORDER GETS DELAYED. Ordered through the app. Got email saying order was delayed by 25 mins. Turned up at the time stated on email for me to be told by them that the food was ready over 20 mins ago. I told them about the email and the time delayed they just shrugged shoulders. They had their money. NEVER AGAIN food is bad quality.

Just ordered from here tonight! My Chicken burger was like it was thrown angrily against the wall repeatedly. The ketchup had been ladelled on with a spade - which was a godsend since the chicken burger was about as dry as sand. The chicken was southern fried and rock hard in some places and soft in the middle? Our garlic bread was like it was made last week and smelt of bleach! My partners beef burger was also rock hard.
