Never had a problem with this place until tonight. Waited two and a half hours for my food to be fobbed off every time I called. Its on its way!! We forgot to make it,we will do it now!! We came and left it on your doorstep!! Its now 1am and still no food that was ordered at 10.30. Unhelpful, dishonest staff.

3 weeks agoNever really had a problem with the food but the last 2 times we've ordered from here , the delivery driver has just left the food on the floor next to the bin or hanging on the door handle . He could of just rang if he got no answer and I'd of come to the door , The food was always early so it had been left out for a while

1 month agoPlaced on order for a patient to the hospital at 23:45. Rang at 1am again as hadn’t arrived. Boy on the phone was very rude stating that we haven’t placed the order, although we have recipts of the phone call. He started swearing at us and cut the phone. he was very rude! has an attitude of a kid and when told him this he became even more verbally agressive. poor service poor food and poor staff

1 month agoOrdered on just eat and it was all running smoothly. Until my order was 1 hour late. So I call the restaurant and they said my order was cancelled after taking my money and the just eat app said it was delivered. These people they are all the same

2 months agoAbsolutely awful takeaway... Bad customer service and they don't want to rectify issues caused by them. This is the last time I order from this disgusting takeaway. Do yourself a favour and before you order, look at reviews, hygiene ratings and photos of food from here. There's so many better takeaways locally.

2 months agoI got a menu through my letter box on 14/7/24. So I decided to check their website. Prices on printed menu for milkshake £4.99 bbut on webcsite £6.00. Prices on meno fir Ben & Jerry;s ice cream is £6.99 but on websire it is £7.99. Bit naughty. So put me off orgereing. It is about time you updated your printed menus.

2 months agoWe order from here often because the food is fabulous and service is exceptional. Reluctant to go anywhere else. 10 out of 10 every time. Not had a bad experience. Well done guys

2 months agoHorrible food saturated in salt and disgusting service. I ordered 3 separate items. 2 came together in 1 box so basically I got far less food than I ordered. I called Krinchys to be told that I hadn't ordered any food from them. That my name was not in their system and that I was not listening to them. They then listed alternative names. I gave the phone to my partner and they admitted that they did have my name on their system but that I had not told them my first name. They then kept saying my name wrong. I hung up. I WILL NEVER use them again.

3 months agoI have been to this place a few times with a bad service reputation and paying for half of my meal because they haven’t gave me a full meal because for example once I went and I asked for a single spicy chicken burger and 8 hot wing meal and they gave me 7 wings instead of 8 and the spicey chicken burger wasn’t spicey and it was cold and hard meat and the price was for this £11 and this made me feel very disgusted With the food and costumer service when I told them about this they didn’t say a word and hung up the phone pls do not go to this place thank you

3 months agoI thoroughly enjoyed the chewing during my expedition at krunchys but swallowing seemed to be the problem.only have the spicy wings on Thursday but steer clear rom the salad on Fridays scince I seem to have experienced short feeling of depression after consuming

3 months agoVery poor service I've ordered from here a number of times and never had a issue food is always lovely warm and delivered quick. Today was shocking took hour and half which I wasn't bothered about being a Friday night and normally busy but I ordered a donner kebab with large chips and garlic mayo. To receive just a tray of donner meat nothing else rang up spoke to the guy on the phone explained everything and he was asking what I ordered and who with told me OK ill sort this just give me 2 minutes he then put the phone down on me and never called back shocking customer service everyone else's food was lovely as normal but with the shocking service lost a loyal customer won't be going back again such a shame

4 months agoWill not be ordering from here again!! Our order was wrong and had missing items . I ordered a plain kebab with no sauce ,it came smothered in garlic Mayo. I contacted the shop the call handler was rude, whilst I was explaining the problem the call handler put the phone down on me whilst I was talking. I rang back and was told abruptly that my order was on the way then put the phone down on me again. The call handler needs sacking he has no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s a shame as the food is usually on form . The rude call handler is giving krunkies a bad name I’d be shocked if they haven’t lost a lot of customers because of that rude man.

7 months agoorder took nearly 2 hours to arrive, food came cold and wrong, milkshakes tasted the exact same one with nuts one without baring in mind we couldn’t taste the difference and i am allergic to nuts, payed for extras and didn’t even get it, rang to say where the order was and received abuse over the phone. will not be ordering from here again!

7 months agoCall handler was extremely rude when I had to ring back about missing items, said I didn’t even asked for them, he was very argumentative, even when the delivery driver himself said they have had a good few complaints about the guy on the phone and how he speaks to customers, talk about rubbish customers service ??

8 months agoWalked through the door and straight away was asked what we want !! (Give me a minute to look at the menu ) !! Food not that hot ,very salty and very very average,not for me and wouldn't recommend at all

8 months agoFirst time ever ordering from here, hour and a half later no order, tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up and saying it was on the way, marked as delivered after an hour, never ordering again

8 months agoAwful attitude from the phone handler. Rang 3 times for the rude man to keep telling me it was on the way but 30 mins later, still no food. We lived less than 10 mins away. When trying to explain our concerns, he would be dismissive and hang up the phone. Horrible service. Delivery driver was understanding.

1 year agoOrdered last night 11.20 recieved my food at 12.55. Pizza looked overcooked but somehow cold and chips where soggy and smashed into box. Was told I would recieve my food again today to be told on the phone they can't do anything ring back tomorrow.

1 year agoThe food we got was decent, but the man on the till tried to charge 7.99 for 5 hash browns because my friend was drunk however when I went to the till he dropped the price. We ordered a cheesy pepperoni garlic bread but got regular. I rang to inform them but they ended the call every time. Foods edible when drunk but unfortunately the service is shocking.

Didn’t receive my order ask for refund or for it to be sent out again “our shop is closing we will send it out tomorrow free of charge” ringing and ringing keep putting my phone down on me. You shop is minging from photos don’t know why this didn’t stop me from ordering in first place.

1 year agoOrdered krunchies, last night I didn't receive my food. I rang numerous times to be told 10 mins, it's on the way etc..or having the phone put down on me..ended up asking for a refund to be told the same thing it's on its way or "ok" I never ended up receiving the food or getting a refund. Seems like they're just fobbing me off, took my money and just don't care. Never had an issue with them, before now! ?

1 year agoSorry krunchys only 1 star loaded box at over £9 wasn't at all good, poor quality everything tasted very salty wasn't at all enjoyable had to leave 3 quarters of it due to the saltyness,once upon a time you were the best.but with this experience you must come bottom NEVER AGAIN.

1 year ago£7+ for the smallest chicken burger on the planet. (Tasted good, just so small). Cheeseburger arrived with armbands on as it was literally swimming in ketchup, soggy bun, the lot. Sorry, poor value for money, next time I’ll have a bowl of cereal.

1 year agoOrdered through jusy eat.9pm..Restaurant marked at delivered at 10pm Numerous called to be told it's 5 min, then 10 min then 40 Min, then told I'm not th only Customer so I need to wait. Food arrived 3 hours late after midnight . And was not hot enough to eat. Ordered mc d arrived 25 Min.

1 year agoNever complained figured great value for money. But £5 for burger alone thats sub standard everytime is downright wrong. So much for bein a halal place, your ripping ppl off over food that is extremely poor quality & that certainly isn't the halal way

1 year agoI’ve ordered from here for years and I love it here. It’s exactly what you’re expecting, cheap chicken shop except this one’s actually good. Garlic breads are amazing along with the chicken strips meals are exceptional ? boyfriend got a donner meal for 7 quid best value ever

1 year agoGood value in store. Obviously highly inflated prices if you use Just eat or Equivalent so I recommend ringing direct or going in-person. The chicken seems good quality and the breadcrumbs are well seasoned. Fries are usual and the red salt is mild. I would recommend the milkshakes as they are expertly made and have a good variety.

2 years agoOrdered food which didnt turn up. Rang take away twice, both times with excuses about being busy. second time was told that i had given the wrong address. When clearly when checked was the right address in black and white. They then admitted it had been delivered to wrong address, customer service appalling, no refund or food. Definitley not to be recommened.

2 years agoWalk in order, bludy awful ?, hubby asked for donner meat and a side salad, got donner meat and lettuce, that was it ?. I asked for 2 pieces of chicken and chips, got 3 pieces of chicken, 1 really nice and fresh, the other 2 felt like they had been in the warmer for an hour so DRY, chips were fine. yep i know its a Tuesday, probably can't be arsed. Well I'm taking the same attitude as yours ?

2 years agoFood was below average, cold Donner meat warm crispy chicken pieces,salad was old and tasted rank,tomato had mould on it, not impressed used to be great but recently has slowly gone downhill, after this experience I don't think I'll use krunchys again.

2 years agoFood always a good standard, been having a takeaway here fir 3 years every other month and I cannot remember ra time when service wasn't great on time and everything as ordered. Pizza is hit and miss, its good or excellent depending who is making them

2 years agoWe have used this takeaway a number of times in the past and it used to be great but had a terrible experience a while ago because of terrible food and bad customer service! Paying for items you don’t receive and the management refusing to acknowledge this! Terrible attitude by the delivery drivers at the door and horrendous delays in receiving order. We decided to give it another go today to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place has got worse!!! This isn’t a review from a bitter customer who has spent hard earned money on rubbish food and service but just an honest review. Had it been good, the review would have reflected that! I received my order that totalled £28 but the gravy that should have arrived with the meal was missing. I called the take away to request the missing item to be sent but the guy on the phone just said “ i get next time” and put phone down! I called back and requested it to be sent as i had paid for it and he said “ok, an hour” and again put phone down! Literally 2 hours later my gravy arrived with the request of the £28 payment to which I explained that this had already been paid! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

2 years agoArrived cold, fries were soggy, cold and completely squished. Kebab was cold and looked like it had been thrown together and reheated. Salad was well wilted and only included lettuce... Kids wrap was genuinely 3cm in diameter, again soggy and cold. Chicken wings were cold and looked like they'd been re heated several times, soggy and genuinely tasteless... how that's even possible is beyond me. Breaded mushrooms actually made me laugh they looked so un appetising, they were again soggy and when you bit into them they were just full of water and the actual mushroom was pretty non existence. This takeaway clearly use the cheapest products they can possibly get their hands on. Worst takeaway we've had in years. Cost £40 and it was genuinely inedible. Often when you spend over a certain amount takeaways will put a free garlic bread in but these do not. Even the packaging was not closed correctly, the boxes were wet and soggy. My advice would be don't bother.

3 years agoThe food is normally really good however tonight we received 2 pizzas what had been held side ways so was all at 1 side of the box and to top it all off 2 portions of chips what was still raw and was not cooked we tried contacting the shop but got no answer

3 years agoOrdered pizza tandoori sweetcorn and jalapenos. With hot wings and chicken pieces. Came on time. Food still hot. Hot wings were spicy good and chicken was good. Pizza not the best but id give it 8 out of 10. Hot wings and chicken pieces 10/10. Good place to eat.
