I have been to a lot of yoga studios over the last few years & Ascend Hot Yoga is one is the best. Ascend is unpretentious, friendly, affordable and most of all have great teachers who are passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone that attends class. Ascend is part of my life❤️

This is the BEST yoga studio I have ever been to. The teachers are all so knowledgable, friendly, welcoming and informative. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The studio is extremely well equipped and the heat adds a totally new dimension to normal yoga. I cannot recommend this place enough. I go almost every day because it is so enjoyable! The team cater to all abilities and ages and you always leave class feeling like the best version of yourself. Everyone i've recommended it to has been and loved it so much that they've bought a monthly pass!

There’s something special about a yoga studio when the person leading the class can sense the mood of the room and sense the needs of the clients and make sure the class meets their needs. It’s a chilled, authentic place to practice. No pretence, just honest home grown practice with like minded people. Oh, if I haven’t said it already, Ascend is all of this and much much more.

The variety of classes at ascend is astounding. From bigger to advanced and everywhere in between there is something for everyone. I have struggled for years with my mental health and Ascend has helped eliminate a lot of those negative feelings. I could thank them and recommend Leah and the team enough.

By far the best hot yoga studio around! They literally cater to everyone whether you’re a complete beginner (like me) or an advanced yoga enthusiast. What makes Ascend the best around is not only their amazing classes and studio but their community! I felt welcome from the moment I stepped through the door and it’s truly the best thing I ever did!

Start going on 10th jan 2023 love come all the classes or easy to follow for beinger you or well looked after all the staff and members or super friendly and nice and all round positive place do yoga. For someone who stared coming on there own I felt a warm friendly welcome upon arrival and you can do as much or as little as you can during class which is great and you feel so relaxed after class the heated room is brilliant if you haven't tryed yoga before I would highly recommend ascend hot yoga to anyone thanks for everything

Ascend is more than a yoga studio! This beautiful space is like my 2nd home. The people here are just wonderful humans with good intentions and no judgement…Also the yoga classes themselves are amazing; catering for every student, brand new and experienced. Lots of love from me ❤️

Just did a lovely HSWS at my now favourite hot yoga studio. It may be further than Wigan but i think well worth it.I Will defo return.
