I have visited that store multiple times great collection always love their tops,trousers as i love modest clothing the reason for one star is the lady Tresa she is a racist she hate Asian Muslims i think because whenever i entered the store she starts whispering with other staff and starts chasing me deliberately which makes me quite uncomfortable, it happened twice in this week she was so rude when i tried to go to the fitting room she rushed towards me snatches clothes from me count nd then let me go to try them on it was utterly embarrassing if she do with other customers thats fine but only with me because i am Muslim and wearing scarf doesn't mean that i am a shop lifter i have multiple vouchers from bonmarch to redeem but now i have decided to stop going there anymore when i confronted her why are you behind only me while there are other elderly customers at first she told me i was helping you,like what instead of helping elderly you are trying to help me isn't it ridiculous?then she said yesterday you r with your pushchair with your son thats the reason i was behind you and guess what there were more than 10 customers with their trollies and baggies it was so frustrating?you can't even hate anyone because of appearance and colour everyone have self respect right!the other staff always lovely and helpful but that lady have some issues with other skin coloured she told me she is the manager and personally i don't think so that a manager should be a racist.
