Workmanship = Top tier Professionalism = Excellent Communication = Wonderful I contacted Danny a month before Christmas to ask for help dealing with rising damp,some extra plastering, bit of electrical work, and joinery. He visited, explained what would be required in terms I could understand and contacted me quickly with a quote at a fair price. Each trades person who visited my home were polite and respectful of me and my home. Work was carried out to a high standard, Danny himself regularly checking in to make sure all was well and I was happy. All done in time for Christmas. I cannot recommend enough. This is now my go-to in the future.

I called Danny about 3 months before Christmas & asked if it would be possible to do a fair amount of work but only if he thought we would be 100% complete by Christmas Danny gave me his thoughts & made some suggestions on what I knew was going to be a tight schedule. From day one I knew I had gotten the right team. From rip-out & knocking through walls to rewiring then plastering, plumbing, flooring & even decorating every single tradesman was fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10 on every aspect. Every job was carried out with minimum fuss & started & finished on the projected times. I genuinely couldn’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. Thanks to Danny & his team I had a great Xmas break at home.

Danny & his team have been a pleasure to deal with. From the initial conversation in regards to booking the job in to completion it ran like clockwork. Professional service from start to finish. I would recommend Calibre Building Solutions to anyone wanting building work undertaken. If you have to wait for 3/6 or 12 months to get the works started don't hesitate in booking them in. All this does is prove they are worth waiting for. A good builder has long waiting times, so be patient to relieve the job and finish you want. Don't rush and pick someone with reduced waiting times. Starting any kind of renovation work on your home is daunting and when we made the decision to have our house virtually rebuilt, the hardest task was trying to find a builder that we could put our trust in to look after our home and to make our journey as stress free as possible. Thankfully we came across Dan at Calibre and from day 1 we were so impressed with him and his team. His knowledge, professionalism and organisational skills were apparent, even from just our initial contacts with him. From start to finish the renovation was flawless (well for us, not sure if Dan would agree?). Dan and his team coordinated everything, keeping us updated every step of the way. Even things that we had missed or not thought about, Dan would go out of his way to contact us, discuss and advise, offering solutions and options. Throughout the demolition and main building work, when we would go and check on progress, the site was always organised and well managed (and the tidiest building site I’ve ever seen). Dan and his team were very respectful that this was still our home and treated it as such. They were also respectful of our neighbours and limited the impact of the build on them as much as they could. We truly found a Gem ? in the building trade with Dan and his team at Calibre and we couldn’t be any happier with our Beautiful new home. Calibre really are the best around and I would have no hesitation in 100% recommending them.

Excellent work form Danny and his team ? We moved into our house a little over 2 years ago and later discovered that 2 chimney breast upstairs had been left unsupported having been removed down stairs by the previous owner. Danny was available to provide skills, knowledge and advice in removing the chimney breasts and the remaining brickwork being supported by steel beams in the loft. The work was carried out quickly, to a high standard and at a fair price. Personally, I will only be contacting Danny for any work I may need doing in the future.

What a breath of fresh air Danny and his team were. We had a very bad experience with another builder and Danny has been amazing. Turning up when he said he would, completing the build sooner than expected and they are possibly the cleanest builders you will ever meet. I would highly recommend calibre.

Massive thanks to Danny and his team for completing our garage conversion over the past couple of weeks. Danny and his team recently built a large 2 storey side extension on our property in Pennington. We received an excellent service from Calibre on what was a challenging project. The build is of the highest quality and standards, they were efficient and good value for money whilst always being considerate of your requirements as well as aiming to keep within budget at the same time. Danny and his lads from Calibre Building Solutions built an extension onto the back of our house which is a Kitchen, diner, day room. They also converted a conservatory on the side of the house into a utility room and bathroom. We have never worked with builders before and can heartily recommend Danny and his team, they are hard working and very helpful, answering all our questions clearly so we could understand. Danny and team at calibre basically transformed our home with new kitchen, windows doors and porch, loft conversion , hot tub, fencing, patio, log burner. Also renovated my mothers cottage. All jobs done to the highest quality. Danny and team are very professional and hard working in rain or shine. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Danny removed our chimney breast which everyone tried to put us off doing due to the resulting mess and chaos! Danny and his team made sure that the mess and dirt was removed from the premises wihout it encroaching on the rest of our house.
