It's true that you get what you pay for. Can't fault this company in providing a first class service from initial kitchen design to completion. Every one including the sales team, builders, electricians, plasterer, plumber's, kitchen fitters, worktop fitters, and painters. All of them worked hard. Very good kitchen design and build, they manage everything from start to finish. This is our second kitchen with them and they were are well priced as bigger companies and did more, electrics, tiling, they had people they knew do it, so a complete kitchen build start to finish with plastering, electrics and tiling done in 2 weeks.

MK have just completed our beautiful kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Excellent service from all the team with so many people to thank. Starting with Stuart in the shop and John the owner who helped us design our dream kitchen. We needed a lot of building work before anything could be started, including walls knocking down, several new radiators, new ceilings and a virtual rewire. All this was done by Jason and his team who worked seamlessly together. I feel I need to mention all of them by name because they were all fantastic tradesmen. So thank you Callum, Scott, Chris, Anthony (plumber/heating), Ben, Craig, Anthony (decorator) and Neil. Finally the person who brought the dream to life was Ryan the first class kitchen fitter. I have already recommended to friends who are equally delighted with the service so do not hesitate if you are thinking of using MK for your new kitchen. Just realised I missed off a very important member of the building team, (so many to remember) really sorry Steve, your plastering was 1st class and the whole build really centred around your work.

Excellent service well organised design, installation and project management from start to finish including all the trades to bring the kitchen to a completion. The quality of the units, doors and equipment are all excellent, any issues are resolved without any issues. Cannot speak highly enough of there services. Brilliant. Kitchen is great as well.

Just had our kitchen replaced and excellent service from start to finish. After speaking to 4 different local suppliers, McLaughlins were by far the most reliable and professional. Even though we changed our plans a few times, they always responded quickly and provided updated drawings and a full breakdown so we knew exactly what we were getting. Kitchen looks great and Ryan did a fantastic job taking care of everything and managing the various contractors, turning up when promised and keeping the place as tidy as possible throughout the work. Highly recommended.

Avoid! They work with Imyhome survey service. Initially lure you with competitive quote and short lead time. Once you commit to purchase the nothing goes according to the plan. The surveyor didn't show up on at the property at the agreed date, and yet, no one thought of informing us that the survey has been rescheduled by another 2 weeks. We have found out from the estate agent. When you call Harry picks up a phone, but.. hey ho, there are two Harry's!! and whenever you call each one says you have spoken to the other one, then you speak to the other one and he says you spoken to the other Harry! Ridiculous. No question can be ever answered, all you hear you will get a call back, yet no call back ever. Poor service and no discount offered. Save yourself stress and delay in the process, not worth it.

First class customer service from start to finish, with detailed timetables drawn up to match the work performed. Always in contact regarding delays on appliances given the period in which the kitchen was being fitted. John and the team were always available to chat through any amendments and all the contractors were high quality too. Highly recommend, cheers guys

We were long overdue a new kitchen but we were very wary of using other national kitchen installation companies who had very mixed reviews. Our heating engineer recommended McLaughlin's and we visited their showroom. The choice of design in cabinets, colours and worktops is phenomenal. If anything we were very much spoiled for choice but they were very patient with us. In the end we opted to have them include appliances in their estimate. The company provides a computer design of what your final kitchen will look like which I have to say is extremely accurate. They were willing to adapt and amend our plans on several occasions and we were able to take home samples of the cabinet doors and worktop to finalise our colour choice. The end result has truly transformed our small kitchen maximising storage space. Having paid a small deposit we didn’t settle the bill until we were totally satisfied. There was no sense of being chased for the money. What appealed most was the sense of teamwork. Their fitters, plasterers, electricians and plumbers worked together as a team informing each other on how the kitchen was progressing. We were sent an itemised bill along with a schedule for each tradesman so you knew exactly who was due next. We were fortunate to find McLaughlin's and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent value for money. In terms of snagging a couple of cabinet doors were not up to their very exacting standards. Indeed, we hadn’t even noticed one door which wasn’t perfect. They are also very keen to rectify any issues you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I’ve already emailed them a thank you when they’d finished the work in November 2020 so this will come as no surprise.

Its been 18months since McLaughlins did our kitchen for us. We’d done the kitchen about twelve years previously and therefore had some experience of what’s involved. Although not the intention, we ended up spending nearly a year planning what we wanted and consulted three potential suppliers/fitters. McLaughlins was a dream to deal with. Happy to keep adjusting the design, use my own/buy appliances, explore things that were a little different (we wanted Dekton worktops) and work with other contractors (I wanted Amtico on the floor, which they couldn’t do). When we were finally happy to commit, they only asked for a £300 deposit with the balance payable on a satisfactory completion! That’s confidence is your product and service for you. Given the cost of what was involved, I nearly fell off my chair. McLaughlins used their own fitters, who were excellent. There was Building work required; the builder they used and all of his team were excellent. This review is long overdue, but in a way I am glad that I have left it this long. This kitchen looks as good now as the day that it was fitted (and it gets used a lot). I would use McLaughlins again without hesitation.

I cannot thank the team at Mclaughlins enough. We had a 5 year old kitchen that had been poorly designed and with poor quality doors. We asked the team if they could remove some units and replace doors. Unlike the previous installation everything ran smoothly and the doors they have supplied are of the highest quality. They were even able to remove some existing cupboards and replace with new end panels. All matching perfectly. Definitely 10/10.

Fantastic service from start to finish! All of the staff in the showroom were very helpful, particularly the two young ladies, nothing was to much trouble. So happy with the quality and finish of my new kitchen, finished to a high spec from their very professional fitters.
