2 months agoI love this shop I got my bed for there and my mattress and it is the comfiest thing in the world I can’t get out of it I got a picture form there and it the best definitely coming here again

2 months agoWish I could give zero, took a deposit off a vulnerable women, she changed her mind on the item and wanted her deposit (£50) back, they made her pay the full amount of the item, THEN only gave her store credit as a refund?? Conning an old lady to pay for an item she didn’t want and making her have to spend the money in store when they could of just kept the deposit, what was the point in the deposit in the first place, isn’t that what deposits are for? After further investigation I’ve also found that they buy items online and re sell them at a higher price (I know that’s business) but save yourself a trip and buy your items cheaper online.
