Greggs, Parsonage

Today morning visit the shop.Long que,and waited long for Ham& Mature Cheddar Cheese Toastie to heat up in the microwave. Price too high and service too slow due to lack of the equipment and the organisation problems. Supervisor just ask what you waiting for but no smile or apologise.Not a friendly welcome.Waiting time and the Price is not worthy.Compare to the other local take aways in leigh ,Greggs not worth it for the service ,Price and the waiting time( Parsonage Retail Park Leigh Lancashire shop) .Thank you.

food is good and very, pay for what you get :) very hot when collected from the shop, management and staff are fantastic 😀 had plenty of food and eaten in the dining area, very clean and always a good atmosphere, on many occasional visits. Keep up the good work Vicky and team 😀😀

Sausage rolls being £1.25 just isn't worth it. Better off going to PoundBakery. Maybe more offers, something like 2 sausage rolls for £2.

Amanda went above and beyond to ensure my ordered arrived when justeat made an error the first time round, lovely lady with great customer service, she didn’t need to act as she did and I really appreciate her efforts

I love eating greets I came to try here in leigh parsonage they served the pastry very cold, We asked the staff if they can reheat it but he said no.. We don't reheat. Male staff was not so happy and welcoming. Very disappointed

Hello I’m a regular customer to the above store. I wanted to let senior management know about my fantastic experiences within this store. The food is always hot & fresh. Cakes are spot on. Sandwiches are extremely fresh & worthy of an award.The place is extremely well run & immaculately clean. All staff members are always smiling & happy to help, Vicky is extremely customer focused. Me and my partner ordered food about 11.30am and it didn’t come not to long ago and to say that my partner is disappointed and outraged is an understatement. We didn’t receive our whole order, my partner and I are not getting anywhere with calling Greggs we have called about 10 times between us both and no one is picking up and when they do it’s just silence. Very unprofessional!

Usually this place is outstanding on everything they do. However today’s visit was not so. Certain member of staff needs serious customer service retraining !!!! As 2 disabled people we value the help and assistance from staff. Called in for lunch today to be served by James - he forgot part of our order, slammed 2 caramel donuts into a paper bag so that the tops stuck to the bag, no help whatsoever!!!! Left to pack our own food into a “5p carrier” while he went to serve on another till. He obviously could see us struggling but no help WHATSOEVER !!!!!!!! so thank you very much…… NOT !!!!!!!!! Obviously he doesn’t value the custom of disabled people. If he’s serving again when we go, we will go elsewhere. Normally theres a lady in there who can’t do enough to help, didn’t get her name but it’s a pleasure going in when she’s serving. She gets the full five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ but sorry, today you wouldn’t even get 1 !!! Sorry Greggs, Parsonage Retail Park - normally a good experience but definitely not today!!!!!!!! ?

Cash payments only for the past week. It’s the principle for me I got cash from my car the first time but it’s been over a week now I go here everyday before or after work and still cash only ? Seeing as there is no urgency to fix this I will continue to take my card payments next door to subway. Reporting staff to greggs customer care as they clearly have no urgency to sort it

I have just been in Gregg's for the breakfast deal £3.80 for a sausage baget and a regular hot drink so I got two of these and a pack of sausage rolls which should of been £8.80 altigether but just been charge £11.95. If anyone goes to the patrsonage retail park Gregg's in leigh bring a calculator with you as the staff are incompetent and dont even know their own price list it was only 9.30 am

Everytime I’ve been in this shop, the staff never crack a smile, greet you, thank you or say bye and clearly don’t want to be there! Make you feel like you’re a nuisance by walking into their shop!! A smile goes a long way.

I’ve tried ordering twice through Just Eat spending 10 minutes each time. Both times the order was cancelled by them with no explanation. Very disappointing, why are you advertising on Just Eat?

Just returned from my 6th attempt in the last two months to get a soya latte from here, and not once have they been able to make one for me due to not having any milk. At this point they either need to increase their order, or take it off the menu - it's ridiculous, I've never had this problem from any other Gregg's branch.

incompetent staff and extremely rude manager . We order two slices of pizza and was told it would be 6 minutes so I said I'll pay now and come back in 5 mins. I nipped to the shop next door only to find out on our return they had just sold the last slices (that we already purchased ) to another customer. After complaining to the staff asking if I could have something else instead as it was getting late, the manager (rude cow) started shouting at me and saying nothing could be done as they sold out of pizza eventhough there was plenty of other things, fair enough she offered a refund but the way she speaks to customs is disgusting ......didn't even get an apology.

two pasties, one steak and one cheese. food was very cold and somewhat expensive for two pastries? time I bought was around 11 am . I would suggest going after that time if you want warm/hot food. suggest to me that they was the previous days pasties and was attempting to warm them back up but failed.

No ommelets in both stores in Leigh why is there always bacon and sausages and never eggs milk and cheese delivered I'm sure they come in a bag pre made ha so I can't understand the ommelet issue ?

Very kind, helpful staff member who went out of her way to help me as I have a disability. Yummy piping hot festive bake, good cup of tea and very tasty vanilla slice. really good thank you. Good prices too! I'll be back?.

Woman working at 3.50 on Bank Holiday Monday who.had shut the shop early came rushing out of the shop and burst into a tirade of abuse because we dared to look at the opening times and then at our watches. People with an attitude like hers dont deserve a job dealing with the public, she wants a muzzle.

Staff members can use bad language in front of customers or have an attitude problem if you ask for a mistake to be corrected. Due to time constraints set by Greggs through the day this puts staff under pressure. Had to use the facilities in an emergency and found them to be very filthy. Would not recommend this place.

Absolute discussed by the mouth and attitude of a member of staff (female as well). Swearing and spitting all over the food and having a mood swing in front of customers throwing trays about and stuff. It was that bad I walked out and went next door to subway. Definitely will avoid this place in future.

I love Greggs but have to say my experience in this store was a terrible one. On my way in I heard a woman complaining "what's wrong with some people!!?" Quickly I picked up on the negative atmosphere entering the store. The majority of the staff behind the counter where extreemly stressed out and snappy with the customers!. On my way out after, what I thought to be a successful payment. The lady who served me started screaming excuse me! In an extreemly aggressive tone! I replied " you don't need to screem love" her reply "well I shouted you three times!!!" Which was a slight exaggeration. She spoke really fast and forcfully, almost like she wanted to fight me in store in front if all the customers. Shocked by her unpleasant customer service skills, I replied "you don't need to take your stresses out on the customers, you've already upset people on the way out of the store!" Following this I quickly turned to exit and accidentally hit my hip on one of the display counters. Immediately the staff began to laugh at my accidental encounter!.. upon leaving the store she shouted "Have a nice day! Hope you have a really nice day sir" the sarcasm was easily picked up on. This happened on 16/4/21 at 13:22 Really do not feel comfortable returning to the store, it ruined part of my day for a good hour or two! But then I quickly brushed it off!
