My sister and I came to HCB solicitors following a recommendation, we Dealt with Sharon Ferguson regarding my sisters divorce, and she is a lovely lady and she explained everything in a way my sister and I understood, she was always on hand for a phone query or if not she returned our calls promptly.
We also dealt with Alexandria Martin, who is a very down to earth but yet professional lady in regards to our wills, my sister was writing hers I was so impressed with Alexandria and her way of explaining everything and making things less daunting that I decided to write mine also.
I cannot recommend this solicitors enough, and Alex and Sharon and I will be recommending them to anyone who I think needs their help

What a disappointment on every front!
We have been left with a very sour experience from HCB who have not helped in our hour of need.
Three complaints emails so far without acknowledgment.
If you need a solicitor with compassion, I’d avoid at all costs.

SHARON FERGUSON AT HCB SOLICITORS!! We worked together for an ongoing battle fighting for my 4 year old son as a single dad which lasted for 3/half years. Since day 1 she has always been one step ahead of the social, local authority, guardians, or anything that I was challenged with! consistently there for any problem or situation going on. When treated unfairly or wrong decisions were made she was simply a phone call away and within a day she would have been onit without fail. Never had to repeat or ask twice. Once mentioned she got to work. I felt I could take on the world with Sharon. Complete professional throughout. No mistakes, no errors, no waiting, never once did I have any problem or issue. Had my back durning the worst times always reassured and guided when needed. AS OF TODAY We won the case and i have a date my son is returned full custody. Blessed to have had the opportunity to meet and have as my solicitor such an amazing human with great passion, caring, thoughtful, invested in my problems just as much to get them sorted! me and my son will forver be grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had, every time Amit or whatever name was called me, i knew it was going to be bad news, she is rude, obnoxious and thinks she’s something she’s not. how dare you put me as a local businessmen Siri what are you did not just me another reputable company and accuse us of potential money laundering. You’re a disgrace and I would not touch your company with a bargepole ever again. I would advise anybody to stay clear of this company, they will do anything to drag their feet and not get the contract over the line because of the so-called standards. It’s absolutely ridiculous. myself and I and the seller work incredibly hard for this little madam to make me feel worthless. Please don’t go near this company go to someone like Joe Egans solicitors, they’re professional and they will get you sorted in no time and speak to you like you’re a human being. The good thing to come out of this is I will never hear stupid voice ever again on my phone.

I contacted them on July asking for Sharon Ferguson. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and asked me for my contact details and told me they were going to call me back as soon as possible. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for the call back. I needed assistance on a domestic violence case.

Divorce is a highly emotional and difficult time for everyone, but I feel I couldnt have got through it without Sharon Ferguson based at HCB Solicitors in Leigh. Sharon's professionalism is second to non Sharon is very diplomatic in her approach to everyone involved.
Sharon was very supportive and very clear in the process of what is involved she explained anything that I was unsure about without using legal jargon and instantly put me at ease.
I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done and for her support through such a difficult time.

I have recently completed a long battle with my divorce and Sharon Furgerson from hbc solicitors has been by my side and guided me throughout all of this most horrible experience.
I found Sharon to be both professional and caring.
I would like to take the time now to thank her for all of her guidance and support along this journey that has taken almost 2 years.
I would highly recommend this company as my experience, although at times was quite upsetting Sharon always put me at ease and gently guided me appropriately, while being completely honest with me and my expectations.
Also the lady on the reception desk when you enter the building ( I’m so sorry I do not know her name ) was always so very lovely in her approach and the greeting of myself as a customer.

After a brief and abrupt telephone call in may, was advised to phone again when my circumstances changed,following advice i phoned again in august, 9 times in 1 week and left 2 voicemails and 4 un answered calls, 1 with the solicitor and 1 with her secretary and still no phone calls returned or messages answered, as this was a hard time and sensitive matter and no compassion was shown i decided to spend my money elsewhere, absolute joke from supposed proffessional people

Professional and efficient conveyancing service for both our sale and purchase by Janet Mulligan and her team. Always responded to our phone calls and emails by return, and at the latest always the same day. Everything went really smoothly start to finish. We have also used their Probate service recently and again, received the same excellent service and sound knowledgeable advice.
