This Law firm were excellent from beginning to end I first sold my property in September 2023 which the buyers pulled out of. I then took the property off the market due to bereavement and only put it back on the market in summer 2024 they did not charge me for this despite all the work that they had done I recently sold the property in October and there was lots of problems that occurred with the sale but Kathryn from TQ law was amazing and negotiated with buyers to make the sale happen I can’t reccomend them enough and the prices they charge are very cheap in comparison to other law firms. I recommend this Law firm 100%

Early days ATM I have recently appointed this firm to do transfer of title, my only reason for choosing them is simply Jessica who I initially started the process with, she went the extra mile to answer my questions before I even assigned them, so as loyalty to the company and supporting a local firm, I authorised their services, Jessica is now annual leave I didn't necessarily find the communication as smooth with her colleagues as I have with her, that said I may not of made myself clear, reading the feedback so far and email correspondence I am sure I am in safe hands, I have sought the services for a divorce matter (FDR) I just need a smooth transaction to end an ordeal of case.

I have used various conveyancing firms over the years, and unfortunately my experience hasn't always been a pleasant one. I have found TQ law through one of the comparesment websites and to be honest was expecting much. But I have to admit, I am very happy with my choice. We have just completed today,the process took roughly 8weeks. I appreciate that different factors will affect the time frame. I have been assigned Shaunna and Jade and I have found them very efficient and easy to deal with. You complete your documents via online account but also, get a phone number and a direct email to the person dealing with your case. If I could give TQ Law zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. My experience with this law firm while trying to acquire conveyancing services for my flat at Media City UK has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I instructed them to act on my behalf on February 28th 2023, on June 21st, out of the blue, I received an email from TQ Law, informing me that they had just realised the building was over 5 stories high, and they were unable to represent me. Unfortunately it turns out TQ Law aren't able to provide conveyancing services on buildings that are over 5 stories. I find it utterly unacceptable that it took them four months to realise such a crucial detail, wasting my precious time and delaying the entire process. What's even more infuriating is that there was no offer of a refund or any form of compensation for the colossal amount of time and effort I invested in this debacle. It's as if they couldn't care less about their mistakes and the impact it had on their clients. Instead I was sent an email that essentially told me 'Tough luck'. TQ Law seem to prioritise taking on cases without actually understanding whats involved. If they aren't able to provide conveyancing services for buildings over 5 stories - they should make that clear from the outset. My experience with TQ Law has left me feeling frustrated, disillusioned, and financially drained.

Second property I've sold in two years and again i used TQ in Leigh, but this time my house was sold within 5 weeks? a cash sale, last year I sold my property within10 weeks? again using TQ Leigh, my advice to anyone using TQ, is to let them get on with the job, don't be impatient ringing for updates, just look out for the emails and reply promptly, they have time lines they stick to and they do there job well... fabulous job TQ.. I wouldn't use any other solicitor.

TQ Law helped us with the sale our our buy-to-let property. It wasn't a particularly straightforward sale but they kept at it and informed us of progress really well. Communication is key in these situations and they kept up with our requests for updates and helped us to understand where we were in the process each time we asked. We are a long distance from them so everything was done by email apart from the very last documents which needed to be posted. This suited us well as it meant we could respond as quickly as possible without needing to rely on the post. Great experience!

I just sold my property through TQ Law and the first thing I have to say there was absolutely no drama selling through them. It seemed like nothing was a problem and everything could be resolved They were always patient with requests to questions I had no answers to and things went smoothly. Especially for me as I live abroad so the whole legal sale was done with me not even being in the UK. Very professional and thankfully, to get that level of professionalism, they did not break my bank balance with astronomical fees. Look I get it. Everyone has different experiences, because we all have different circumstances, but what I would say is this ...it´s not what the problem is ...its your approach to dealing with it, and TQ Legal have got that spot on. I could not highly recommend Carol Morris and her Team enough. They were highly professional throughout the whole selling/buying process and were contactable at all times. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed of all progress on both properties. They could be hard to reach on the phone on certain days but responded to emails or called me back within minutes if I had a specific queries. The prices were incredibly competitive and service was excellent.
