5 years agoI ordered an engraved toolbox from Hopwood Laser Designs. Unfortunately, it didn’t make it in one piece. I took a few pictures and emailed them. They were very responsive and are sending a new one to me without hassle. And even though the first got broken in the mail, it was gorgeous. I can’t wait to get the new one! Don’t hesitate to order from them.

5 years agoI never ever write reviews but I had to on this occasion. DO NOT purchase from this company - they ignore your messages about a product and then block your account on social media after seeing your message that reads why haven’t you still replied! Disgusting customer service, never known anything like it!!!!!!! (Zero stars)
