Cannot recommend Lillian's highly enough. We had a fabulous pre wedding event with 50 family members. The food was outstanding - catering superbly for varied dietary needs. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and patient for a large party and every single guest intend to return. An absolute gem for our town and just what we need - classy but comfortable. Thank you so much!

2 weeks agoBrilliant bar which has been decorated superbly. Jo and her team are so friendly and welcoming. The food looked great and plenty of choices. Great choice of beer at reasonable prices. We will definitely go back and I would recommend the place to other people. Thank you very much

3 weeks agoA fantastic new addition to our town! We had a really great meal at this new small plates place and honestly, I hope it’s the start of more restaurants like this opening up locally. Food: Absolutely top-notch — full of flavour, clearly made with good quality ingredients, and the portion sizes were exactly what you'd expect for small plates. We tried a few different dishes and loved every one of them. Staff: Super friendly throughout, and the owner was even more lovely — we had a great chat with her at the end of the evening. You can tell a lot of care and passion has gone into the place. Venue: Beautifully decorated, tasteful and classy without trying too hard. The lighting was just right and, bonus points — the dining chairs were genuinely very comfortable, which isn’t always the case! As with most of my reviews (I only tend to leave them for really great or really bad experiences), I’ll mention one tiny issue — the kitchen might need a slightly more powerful extraction system, as you can catch a bit of cooking smell in the air. Nothing major at all, just something for them to possibly look into. Overall though, a brilliant evening. We’ll definitely be back — and fingers crossed it inspires more spots like this to pop up in town!
