Ordered a Samsung TV online, received a phone call to advise that the TV in stock had unfortunately been damaged and offered an upgrade to the next model at not additional cost. Great customer service and communication, speedy delivery. Very pleased.

What an outstanding service from Euronics in Leigh phoned them on Monday as my cooker broke on Sunday night they went above and beyond and delivered disconnect reconnected and burnt off.the newness and took the other one away. The shop was very accommodating n polie also the electrician and the delivery guy, they couldn't do enough we would highly recommend them and we are so thankful because I would have been so stuck over the festive period as I need hotmeals on a regular basis due to my severe conditions thanks again for an outstanding service by all ♡ Tryamon x

Amazing balloons and variety and helpful staff. Downside is always ask for cash as card machine signal not great. Been like that 6 years. Recommend putting a sign up if a “cash only” store rather than it being an inconvenience when you arrive at the till.

I honestly can't see how anyone would give these ladies negative feedback. All the staff we had contact with went over and above to support and help us. They did our wedding balloon's. Table tops and balloons in balloon's they were absolutely stunning, gorgeous colours and all our request met, We received lots of compliments on the quality and style. We will definitely recommend and be using this shop again. Thank you so much to all the ladies for adding some beautiful balloon's to our wedding pictures creating special moments 🥰💞🎈.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. My daughter bought a helium balloon from a shop. Due to them having no helium at this particular shop they advised my daughter to try Party Central and to pay for the heliym from them. Party Centralsl charged my daughter £5 to fill the balloon and £1 for a weight and would only take cash. When I rang to question this I was laughed at by a member of staff who told me to take it up with the manager and that the helium was the most expensive part of the balloon. I asked to speak with the manager before I was told they were not in and ring back tomorrow before again laughing.

Nice tv at a good price store people very helpful but the delivery firm rates a 1 star service wasted a complete day waiting in for them supposed to deliver at 11.10 to 1.10 at 5.30 they was tracked a mile away didn’t arrive until 10.45 next day

I recently purchased an American fridge freezer from Electrical Experience. The guy in the shop was very knowledgeable and advised me away from the model I was originally looking at. The one he recommended was much more suitable as it could be plumbed in to have a constant water supply. They took my old fridge away (for a small charge) and made the over all experience very easy. I will be back in the not to distant future for a new TV!

I ordered a 48'' Toshiba TV from here. The price was very reasonable and they were very easily to deal with. The engineer Phil did a fantastic job. He contacted me prior to the visit to advise of his time of arrival and turned up on time and was very professional throughout. I would happily use them again.

I ordered a Panasonic 65 inch from these , got a phone call after a couple of days to say the TV i ordered was out of stock and they would get me a different one which was actually better than the one I ordered!!!! Absolute rubbish the TV was rubbish!! Ive looked down the reviews one there website and can see they have pulled this stunt before
That tv sits upstairs not being used and I'm struggling to give it away .I'll never use these again...

Bought Samsung TV. Brilliant price cheapest I could find. I was upgraded for same price due to lack of stock. Great customer service and quick delivery.
Couldnt be more happier with purchase. Unfortunately there were issues with the TV after advise from them and then Samsung who identified the TV was from Croatia and couldnt help or fix problem.
I was forced to ask for a refund which they accepted and organised TV to be picked up.
This is where I feel like I was let down and the excellent customer service disappeared. I had no notification of times when the TV was being picked up, the delivery driver didn't know what was being picked up (this was later advised it was due to security reasons) the tracking number given was not valid with the company they used. I then had no notification they had received the TV back or a date of when I would receive refund.
When I got an email response to my concerns the tone of the emails had dramatically changed from what I experienced when I first bought the TV. A week later I chased up for a further update as I. Still hadn't received any notification whether TV had been received and refund had been actioned. A day later I received an abrupt short email as they all have been since sending TV back stating refund has been actioned.
Although a great start I felt let down especially finding out that TV was not sourced in UK which I now know means if there was any issues with it Samsung online can't help. I've seen from other reviews that someone has had similar issue. Also it wasn't an issue before but I do feel you should get paperwork/invoice with purchase and I did notice the box had been opened before it arrived.
I think I've learnt a lesson on buying such a big electrical purchase online specifically on Amazon and smaller companies online. I recommend anyone considering buying TV to use bigger retail companies where the customer service is more than likely consistently better along with knowing where your purchase has been sourced.
Sorry to have had to dramatically change my review of this business. Maybe the owner could speak to the customer liaison.

Dont buy from this guys are scam, I bought a tv online with stock and after 30 minutes they called me and told me that they didnt had stock, they suggested to swap with another model newer(all fake after I contacted samsung they told me is the same model and is from hungary) they didnt want to send a new invoice with the new model, after 3 days the tv got faulty I contacted samsung that told me that the tv is an hungarian model and that the retailer should replace and give a uk model, the retailer dint want to hear so they said and send a new tv but again a hungarian one, they send me an invoice with a different company. After opening the box the tv was 100 been open and were sign as it been used hanged and taked out of the box. I had to contact the bank and ask my money back. They do fraud this is ridicules dont buy from here
