Never been to this store but my partner wanted some nomination charms for his mum for Christmas. The lady who served us was very helpful and even tho we were taking ages she didn't rush us at all unlike other jewellers we have visited in the past. They also sell pandora charms so partner for me 1 as a extra bonus for Christmas . Will definitely be visiting this store more in future

10/10, really fast delivery on Thomas Sabo bracelet, with an amazing price point, half the price of any other retail store admittedly I wasn't sure when ordering because there wasn't enough out there to go on, but there should be!!!, can't fault it in any way - impressive, really pleased.

Thank you to the lovely assistant Stacy who served myself and friend yesterday she was very helpful and patient with us choosing nomination charms and necklace would definitely recommend a visit fantastic choice of jewellery.

I do not recommend anyone to go there , I had very bad experience , the item I purchased was on sale and non exchangeable but no one told me it’s non exchangeable and on sale ! Once I get back to them for exchange says SALE ITEM NOT EXCHANGEABLE, before I bought a necklace that colour faded in 2 weeks! No worth it the money ! Never ever I go and I tell as many as people to don’t go in this fake shop !

We have been regular customers of Precious for many years, one of the best if not THE BEST shop that has served Leigh for many years. Excellent staff who always go above a beyond and an extensive collection of jewellery for everyone's taste. Always our first port of call for every celebration,we would not dream of going anywhere else.special mention for Emma, who works tirelessly in making it all a success, Thankyou for all you do, Simply the best.

I am disgusted with the service I received, this morning at Precious Jewelers in Leigh. At the end of June I ordered a Pandora ring for my grandaughter as they did not have the right size in stock and they said they would let me know when it arrives in the shop . They rang me towards the end of July to say it was now in and had been reserved for me . When we went in to collect it and on paying I was told that it was not now £55 but £60. I could not believe it as I would have thought if you ordered something it would be at that price . I am so annoyed and disgusted in how I have been treated. I will never purchase anything else from there again .
