Well done The Dentist tooth removed painlessly even though it was very obstinate. Heads up to the dental nurse as well. Both were very polite and charming. Will definitely not object to having to return for further treatment

Had a hygienist appointment with Ciara and she was amazing! Kept stopping to check if I was okay and talked me through what she was doing. At the end she gave me advice and recommendations for how to look after my oral hygiene. Was perfect and thank you!

Excellent, polite and friendly staff. I had an 'awkward' tooth out 😀 Emma and the dental nurse were brilliant with me. I was extremely nervous and I'm one of those people who are scared of visiting the dentist. They both kept reassuring me that I was going to be ok and explained every step of the way. I can't thank Emma enough for taking my tooth out and the dental nurse for letting me hold her hand 💕 I went in smiling and came out smiling. I would recommend this practice to anybody. I arrived at the practice and I was leaving within 15 minutes. I can't thank these ladies enough. Please pass on my thanks and review to them both.

Had a tooth extraction this morning. It was my first visit to the Avenue DC. The recepionist were very pleasant and invited me to take a seat in the waiting area. My waiting time was at least a minute before I saw the dentist and her assistant. Both were very welcoming and explained the procedure thoroughly. The whole process lasted a few minutes. Thank you❤️

I was referred to Avenue Dental clinic to have a wisdom tooth removed. It was done as an urgent case as I needed to pause cancer treatment to have it done. I would have been waiting months and months if it wasn’t for this clinic! All of them amazing for fitting me in so quickly and the level of service was outstanding! Shame I don’t live closer to have as my dentist! Thank you so much

This place is fantastic from when you arrive at reception too the interaction with today the hygienist first , teeth clean. Secondly a filling with the Dentist , never had a needle in the gum before so she used numbing gell then a minute or two later the injection which I didn't feel at all. Drill fill & mouth rinse job done . Very slightly uncomfortable but that's to be expected . Great Dental Practise & Brilliant staff one & all . Thank you.

Was referred to the Avenue Dental Centre by my own dentist. It was for the extraction of a tooth that had snapped at the gum line so there was only the root left in. All the staff were really friendly and polite. I was under the care of Dr Adil who put my mind at ease straightaway. He had my tooth extracted in no time at all. I cannot praise Dr Imania Khan highly enough. She was very patient and listened to what was important to me in terms of my treatment. I have undergone an extraction, dentures and the teeth whitening treatment. Whilst the teeth whitening hasn't been as successful as I would have liked, it is just one of those things and does not take away from the incredible service I have received. Thank you Dr Imania

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was referred to The Avenue Dental Centre by my own dentist to have a sedation to remove a molar. I get very anxious going to the dentist from having bad experiences in the past. As I sat in the chair, Dr Yasin was so calm and caring and explained each thing he was going to do. The procedure was over in less than 15 minutes and the two women in the room were amazing with me too. I can't fault this experience. I would definitely use this dentist again for future treatment regarding extractions. Thank you very much!

Signed up to the avenue back in march after reading the good reviews from others. I’ll be honest I haven’t visited the dentist since my teenage years as I am absolutely petrified, It took a lot of panic attacks, tears and sleepless nights to get me through the door for that initial appointment and I’ll say sarina and the dental assistant were lovely with me, very kind, calm and didn’t judge me like I feared. I’ve since had 2 fillings and a clean with sarina and the dental assistants and again they were very lovely, let me listen to my headphones because the noises scare me, they kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. I’m really happy to have found avenue dental. My overwhelming fear is still there but it has been eased slightly by the lovely people I’ve met. Thank you

I'm a nervous patient and struggle when attending the dentist at the best of times. I was referred to the Avenue Dental Centre by my own dentist due to needing quite a complex extraction. I saw Dr Yas and I can only say that it's one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. He and the dental nurse helped me stay relaxed whilst they worked and talked me through each step. Cannot recommend them enough!

Waited 15 minutes to be seen as dentis hadnt received info of me being there sent through. Very matter of fact over procedure. Not put at ease. No warning injection coming. No conversation while wait for injection to work. After procedure was handed info if after care. Work was done without issue. Just lacks in patient communication and putting patient at ease.

I was sent here as a referral for my wisdom teeth. I don’t like dentists, needles or anything to do with someone messing with my mouth. I had 3 amazing dentists / dental assistants who did nothing but make me feel at ease. For a week I have had anxiety about this procedure & within seconds of me being in there I felt at ease & really relaxed. I was sedated & I didn’t even know the procedure had been done. Had a lower wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Yasin, I was very anxious going into it as I’d had no dental work done previously and was booked for just numbing but Dr Yasin was a very calming presence, I was numbed with no pain and the tooth removed totally pain free within 3 minutes. Great service for a very busy practice, my original appointment was for 1230, I got a phone call asking, can I come in half an hour early? from the minute I walked in the door there was a queue i’ll be waiting about two minutes and one of the dentist came out to check if people had an appointment we were told to take a seat and within two minutes, I was in the room with the two dentist, both of them called Emma they double check who I was my medical conditions and the tooth which was to be taken out. Two pain free injections 4-8 minutes my tooth was out wet swab in my mouth, while my blood clotted And explained how to look My gum while it healed thank you Emma & Emma ??

The dentist was very nice and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is she left a piece of broken tooth in my gum, I had to remove it myself 3 weeks after I visited the surgery. Still in some pain,hopefully there is no more.

Was referred here for a complex tooth extraction. As someone who is afraid of dentists and suffers with anxiety, i walked in super nervous, but, felt very at ease as soon as i was in the chair as the dentist and his assistant were lovely and talked through everything that was happening. The whole thing was over in 10 minutes and i didnt feel a thing!! Definitely my best experience with a dentist by far.

Took my wife for her sedation and tooth extraction, booking had been made wrong and no sedation was booked which meant we now have to wait another 3 weeks. We were told sedation wasnt booked and it was local anaesthetic which my wife cant have due to her anxiety, then when they checked they said it was booked and referred as sedation and they were wrong. I've booked time off work for this and her recovery for it and it's all just a wasted day and 1 hour journey each way, shocking considering this was a referral made in January

A lovely practice with amazing staff there to support you in any way they can! You are welcomed into the surgery by receptionists that always have a smile on their face. My dentist is second to none, not only chatty and friendly but professional and really respects my wishes. Prior to my two extractions I was extremely nervous, I went for a pre appointment which was reassuring and insightful! All staff surgeon, nurses and reception staff where helpful. On arrival my worries where calmed straight away, I was amazed that 2 tooth extractions took so little time and we were out very quickly and didn’t realise that they had been removed, due to the care and support offered. Great service !

I am petrified of the dentist after a bad experience years ago. The gentleman I saw along with his assistants were fantastic with me. I had opted to have sedation to minimise my anxiety and, for me that was the best option. I can honestly sat that this was the best experience I have ever had at any dentist in my 59yrs on this earth. I had a tooth extraction and it was over in 10 minutes, I even asked the dentist if that was it because I didn't feel a thing. One confident dentist and exceptionally good at her job. They were patient, compassionate and understanding of the reasons I've avoided seeing dentists for most of my adult life. I was astonished that the dental treatment I received was actually painless. I had assumed (from previous experience) that any visit to a dentist would be a painful ordeal. Today I was gladly proven wrong. I feel fortunate that I was treated by Kasim and Karen today and can recommend them unquestionably. I was quite nervous for my procedure, but the dentists were really calming and friendly, they explained everything to me and were really knowledgeable. I have just completed my treatment for composite bonding , to say i am pleased is an understatement ! From the very first appointment Adil listened carefully to how i would like my teeth to look and he has achieved this for me. I have been nervous about the final result as expectation doesn't always live upto reality but i had no need to be as i am extremely happy ? All staff are very friendly and i was made to feel comfortable and at ease during every appointment. I would happily recommend this dentist to anybody .

Very friendly and efficient staff, came for tooth extraction , wasn't afraid of it but I'm sure that if someone was they'd be spot on at reassuring a patient. My only issue was there was no parking to my knowledge but I didn't think to ask during the courtesy call . Huge thanks to the staff that attended to me.

Had a referral from my own dentist to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Asked to contact the surgery to make an appointment and I was offered one for the same day (which meant no time to think about things and get myself too nervous - I was terrified at the thought of having a tooth removed). Made to feel at ease, hardly felt the injections going in to numb the area and was informed I would feel a little shaky due to the adrenaline. Whilst doing the extraction I was being told what was happening step by step until it was done. I was told about the after care on what I should do when I got home along with a care leaflet on who I should contact if I have any problems with the bleeding etc. The treatment from start to finish was excellent.

The dentist and his assistant were the same,patient and reassuring. And kept me informed.. I was called in on time & greeted with the dentist who asked how I was today. He explained what was going to happen during the procedure. He also explained along the way, I was asked a few times if I was OK. The procedure was much quicker than I expected & painless I was amazed it was over. I was referred for an extraction here. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient. Pre-procedure thorough, everything explained and appointment made. Come the day, a nervous patient, the Sedation Dentist was superb, put me at ease straight away. The sedation was started and the extraction done. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, the next thing I knew it was all over. The attending staff were excellent as well. All in all it was a great team. It made for a much better experience than I could ever have hoped for and I would certainly recommend them.

First time for me at this practice. Wendy (on reception)booked me in. I sat patiently for a few minutes and listened to the banter and laughter between Dawn and Wendy (Sissy and Ada)behind the reception whilst they were working away. They were so funny I thought I was in comedy central ?.I had my treatment which was excellent. I needed to go back again and once more I was very professionally looked after. Amazing staff, really kind, compassionate and caring. I used to be so afraid of the dentist but not anymore! Best dentist I've experienced and the ladies on the reception are great and so patient! Thank you for such amazing care ?
