Absolutely worst experience ever. We asked to give us some samples to smell for perfume. The first lady was not bad but then the other was pulling her face. And then other lady was just waiping non stop. I understand it's busy for Christmas but simple can be nice and deliver good customer care. Never again going back there. We went to boots. Absolutely brilliant customer service. I suggest go learn from them how to deliver good customer service. Some people just are in wrong work place.
