Triple wardrobes delivered today. Excellent service by the two delivery guys. Was slightly worried they wouldn't be able to get them upstairs into the bedroom. Didn't need to worry. The wardrobes looks great. Thanks to all including store staff.

Excellent customer service. Ordered corner sofa, asked them to hold it until we finished decorating, nearly 4 weeks they held it, delivered it yesterday, they set it all up and checked the recliner worked , we highly recommend pavilion furniture outlet. And will definitely return when we need other items

Needed a new mattress on Christmas Eve Eve, so we found this place online and went in not hoping for much as had no luck the day before. The gentleman asked if he could help and assisted us straight away with exactly what we wanted. The item wouldn’t fit in our car so he said he would drop it off in 20mins free of charge. I couldn’t believe it when they did exactly that. AMAZING service. Thank you so much and have a great Christmas.

I have purchased several items from here over the past few years. Prices were reasonable but have gone up a lot. Didn't find what I was looking for on this ocassion. Moving around in the store was difficult. Not suitable for people who use a wheelchair.

Friendly, helpful staff. A fair choice furniture to consider buying. We bought a UK made orthopaedic mattress, was informed it would be 7 to 10 days delivery due to ordering our size in but it was delivered 4 days later. Excellent service. All mattresses are UK standard sizes, ensure you measure your bed base incase your bed is overseas made has these can be different lengths. Unfortunately, unknown to us our bed was overseas made so smaller than the mattress, we have ended up buying a new bed base. We have one on order at the moment and have been told same delivery time. I will keep you posted on this.

Went looking for a sofa for my mother .. obviously after a few minutes I was asked did I need any help and after explaining what I was looking for I was told where they were and was left to browse without hassle even though it was close to closing time. No usual salesman platter about quality etc like the previous place that I had visited and because of my experience from my visit I made no hesitation in making my purchase. When I left the shop it was well past closing time and I was not once told by staff what the time was etc. Definitely comes highly recommended in my opinion.

A very good firm to deal with. Quality of their items are excellent and we could not fault there service. My sister and I have purchased a made to order 3 and a 2 seater settee and TV cabinet, coffee table and a nest of tables all are good quality and very reasonably priced.

Just purchased an extending oak and grey table and 4 chairs, and an oak and grey cabinet from the outlet in Leigh. Absolutely delighted with the purchase, the store itself has an extensive collection of items including sofas, beds, and dining tables. Allowed to peruse the items at your leisure and help is on hand if you need it. Found the items we wanted on Tuesday, the items were delivered on Wednesday, smooth and pleasant service, top class products, top class service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Visited Leigh Pavilion shop today to purchase a matress, the person in attendance was extremely unhelpful. I was told one over there and when I went back to him he was so offensive I walked out of the store, if that wasThe manager or owner then he either does not want a sale or needs to reflect on his attitude, went on to a different Company and was treated with respect and a sale took place no problem. My partner and her Daughter went in yesterday and asked a young man about mattresses and was treated with respect and shown around the selection of the type I would be looking at today, He should be thanked as if he had been there today it is highly possible I would have made a purchase involving other items in mind. SO it's all down to respect. Further to the above can I make it clear that the Owner called me and having spoken with him, we both understood the situation at the time in question and I was not aware that the sales person was on his own so had this been made clear to me at the time of visit then I would have taken a different response. May I point out that Andy the owner is someone you can communicate with and values his business. To the sales person I I understand what being on your own entails, cheers Mike

Purchased a too quality mattress and it's the worst night sleep wake up in agony. No returns policy and no exchange policy told you try before you buy which is impossible cant lie on a bed for 2 minutes and know if it's any good.

The service was exemplary. Some lovely pieces... More expensive than I remember but still well worth a visit for some really good bargains. PS. Wear a jumper, it's cold. Gel your hands and practice social distancing while inside.

Wanted to shop local. Paid a visit to the showroom, spotted the Chesterfields, was able to order two wingbacks and two footstools in the colour I wanted. Four weeks to the day, took delivery and they took my old sofas away. Delivery guys were friendly and polite. Knew how to take the old sofas apart. Very pleased with my furniture. Thank you

I was looking for a comfy armchair and they had them in good supply. Prices varied, and in my opinion they were very fair prices. They have a variety of sofa sets and individual armchairs, to dining room furniture, to beds and bedroom furniture, and probably more too. I didn't purchase on this visit because I wanted to think about rearranging my lounge to accommodate the armchair I'm considering.
