8 months agohad a problem with my phone not connecting outside went to leigh store problem had not been seen before for some reason my phone had changed network to lte from vodaphone liam looked at the problem did sim swap and swapped network back thanks a lot liam had to go back to shop sim swap didnt fix problem spent nearly an hour with assistant manager he found that the sim was not being recognised in sim 1 tray due to the phone a samsung s10 e was coming unstuck on the edge put sim into sim 2 tray now working thanks again guys

11 months agoWon't be using this store again. 11 days it took them to send my old phone to warehouse. Not acceptable. Communication shocking

1 year agoInto a contract then accused of fraud in the same day now can't sort it as the phone wont let me show proof of ID to make it more comical the shop workers didn't even know how to go about it

1 year agoInitially very poor with the same lady on three different visits over 6 weeks. These visits are not worthy of any stars. All i wanted was to change from conract to sim only. She wasnt interested. Took me several calls to Coumbia and a couple of hours to find the right deal and a refund for the payments made due to poor advice from the Leigh store. Even the chap i complained to said the stores are just sales focussed. Got my SIM and went in yesterday explained my situation to Manager John who turned it round and sorted my issues. If i had spoken with John in the first visit this would be a 5 star review. I hope the lady in the first 3 visits reads this. She should be ashamed for how she made me feel.... John seemed to know who i was talking about. Well done John and than you.

1 year agoVodafone are an absolute discrace.. The customer services are absolutely appalling, there's no communication with them whatsoever.. None of them sing from the same hym sheet.. They do nothing to help you and all they want to do is extort money out of you.. Worst phone company I've been with to date and I've been with a few phone companies

1 year agoChange simm card but still have same problem with phone. It won't connect with certain landlines and Dr's can't get in touch with me. Not happy that problem not sorted.

1 year agoThe store we went to is located in Leigh, in the Great Manchester, downtown. We actually went to the wrong place, as we had untrue information. The fact that my friend and I do not speak fluent English was a reason for mockery between 2 saleswomen who were in the answering and a customer who was there. We feel very bad.

2 years agoVisited today and bought a new phone.Amira couldn,t do enough for me.She was gracious,polite,funny,very attentive,charming and sexy.Would recommend this shop,excellent service.

3 years agoThe staff were very pushy. They pushed a new contract on me (who was quite happy with pay as you go). They then didnt connect it to the bank account that was linked with my actual contract phone. Don't think I'm actually ever going back to vodafone. Would rather be on EE instead

3 years agoFor some reason I didn't pass the credit check, even though in the last month I've setup mobile contracts with 2 other providers just fine, to compare their speeds. On top of that, I was told that once a credit check fails, you wont be able to try to sign up again for a fre months ... Just great, I was looking to get an unlimited data sim btw. That said, staff was very helpful and this issue is out of their hands to fix

3 years agoWant in to buy a Samsung j3 to be told I couldn't buy it because it needed swapping from contract, to pay as you go. Even though I'd said I was on SIM only contract. A manager was apparently needed to do this, but had left as they were going to a party that night. Not good service at all. I got the overall impression the lady couldn't be bothered.
