Excellent service. Had hard drive failure so advised to replace with new SSD, and it's like a new computer! Performance increase is amazing. Everything setup and ready to go. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Not only could they replace the PC for half the price quoted from other agents saying “The PC was beyond repair and offered a replacement) So I took the PC to Advance., they took it apart and not only repaired it, they updated it and it runs perfect at incredible speed at such a good price. All completed on the same day I took it in. These guys deserve medals. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

After taking my PC in here due to a popping sound, which I presumed to be the power supply, I took it in here due to the fact I wasn't the one paying for the repair, and so wanted to be 100 percent certain of the issue before replacing. After 3 days my PC was returned, and I was told that the PSU wasnt the issue. At the same time, parts of the PC were missing including screws and the back panel, which he took over half an hour to locate in his dump of a shop. I then took it home, and replaced the motherboard, as I was advised that the power supply wasnt the issue. Long story short, he had plugged the front panel connectors into the wrong place on the motherboard, and so of course the PC wasn't going to turn on, even with a new PSU. Although he didn't charge me for looking at my PC, I was without it for about 2 weeks, missing pieces of it, and out of pocket for a motherboard which did not need replacing.
All in all, by all means go here if you have less computer knowledge than the average 90 year old, but if you have any idea what you are doing, you can probably do a better job yourself.

Doesn't have a clue. Charged £70 and just Ran some free software then told us buy the software at the end to complete the job. Literally not a clue.

I can not recommend anyone take their computer /laptop here, the guy has absolutely no idea (couldn't even work the card machine for payment!) , did not carry out any of the required fixes despite taking 2 weeks! and customer service is none existant.
