Awful company to order from, took my money and sent no order confirmation whatsoever, when I had to chase them up because I had not received my order or any correspondence from them whatsoever I received a phone call telling me the item I ordered was out of stock upon ordering! Didn’t bother to inform me of this! Asked me to wait another five days for it to come in stock and promised it would be sent that day via next day delivery! That day arrived and went and no order arrived! Upon chasing them up once again a staff member emailed me (the first ever email off them!) and lied in the email saying it had been sent out for delivery the previous week ? guess she didn’t realise I had been informed the item was out of stock and they couldn’t deliver it before she sent the email! If you are going to tell your customers lies at least check what you’ve already told your customers before you trip yourself up!!!!! Needless to say I would never order from this company again, first and definitely the last time!!

Mark a and his staff are friendly, helpful.Mark always makes us feel more like friends than customers,nothing is too much trouble whenever we need assistance.bought our complete shower and toilet suite from bubbles ,would recommend a a visit either looking for tiles or newbathrroom

Mike was extremely helpful. He even managed to get the VAT knocked off as we are removing a bath due to my wife’s disability. Saved us nearly £800. We’ve used them before & the quality was great & lasted the test of time.

Helpful staff and fairly good selection of tiles for a small local business. Was very happy with all my bathroom fittings & tiles I bought from them a few years ago, which have stood the test of time, so made it my first port of call for this year's floor upgrade!

We visited Bubbles and Dreams on recommendation of our plumber as a high quality, no frills, expert help and no hard sell service. Absolutely spot on!
The warehouse is set out so you can easily see the set-up and variety of products. My elderly father had every last item needed for his fitting sorted out and a second visit with me with changes with no difficulty. The items received were high quality, delivered carefully on the day as arranged. The price tag very competitive. Very pleased and would highly recommend. A shopping tip is to dress warmly for the warehouse, it’s very draughty but the good value makes it worthwhile.

Brilliant products amazing customer service from Mark, Harrison and the delivery lads. Mark created a fantastic plan which has resulted in everything we wanted and more. Steve fitted the bathroom and ensuite and did an amazing job. I couldn't rate all involved highly enough. Only wish we got this level of quality and service from all retail and trades people . Haven't stopped recommending to family and friends.

Couldn’t rate more highly. Mark and Harrison were great throughout the process of selecting what we wanted and offered great advice throughout. We ordered a full suite including tiles and will definitely be returning in the future on the next one. Delivery guys were great and turned up when they said they would.
