Dark, dank atmosphere, and absolutely disgusting toilets. I spoke to a member of staff who brushed me away like I'd spat on her ( only asked her if there was a cleaner on duty as it smelled like dirty urinal in there, and floor was wet!). Didn't stay for the planned coffee and cake, as if the toilets are like that, how clean is the rest if the place? Mop bucket in clear view and right next to a table? Really?, Will never go in there again! Disgusting and flippant attitude sealed it for me!

No complaints at all, but the only observation is that the quality of the coffee varies slightly at some outlets.
Example at the Lowry there is a slight difference between Costa and Cuppa coffee. Both coffees were OK.

Quite a lousy Costa. Week coffee more like coloured hot water had it replaced but no better. And for the price it should be great coffee there supposed to be Baristas. Online orders seem to take priority over customers waiting in line, shop is short staffed as tables are always minging and stacked with used trays you wipe you feet when leaving this store its that bad. The other Costas at the Parsonage are a world better even Next's Costa has more atmosphere than this place. One to avoid. If your desperate for a drink try in the market hall.

Absolutely appalling service from a stroppy member of staff. I tried to break the ice by asking if she was having a bad morning and she pulled a face and nodded. A male member of staff talking openly in front of customers about an unhappy customer he'd served. Only the more senior batista came out with any credit. I returned in the afternoon and it was no better. Still a surly attitude, and within 2 seconds of saying I didnt want chocolate on my coffee, it was on there. Didnt ask for it to be remade in case she flipped. The least pleasant Costa experience I've ever had

Nice drinks and cakes. I do like that they now do M & S food.
I felt we waited longer than I would like to and I was unsure why as there seemed to be lots of staff at the counter.

Not bad. Still hilariously overpriced when u can go n buy a pack of lattes/choc sachets for under 3 quid at Asda and a packet of mr Kipling tarts for 2 quid whilst Costa charge like almost a fiver for 1 tart slightly bigger than 1 out of a packet, but me other half loves the place and she insiated on paying so......

The temperature was way too hot and apparently they weren't allowed to use air conditioning as a result the milk was off and I drank part of it before realising that it was curdled and turned to a porridge state and was unsightly and horrid. But this is a reflection of bad area management and not store management...

Just as you would expect from a Costa, friendly and patient staff and nice drinks. The tables and floors etc are kept clean.

The outlet was obviously under staffed. We managed to find a table that wasn't piled up with dirty cups and plates, but the table was filthy. I had to go and ask one of the two members of staff for a cloth to clean the table. We are regular Costa Customers, but have never had such a bad experience. We will NEVER use the Leigh Spinning Jenny outlet again.

I have recently discovered the almond hazelnut protein latte.... Lush...... I always go here when I do my weekly shop. It is always busy so it can take a few minutes to get served but it is definitely worth it

Nice place but service is always super slow. Staff need to either be retrained or changed. Always plenty of staff on but they just prefer talking or faffing about than doing any work

Well maintained store and very friendly service. When we visited it was very busy and we did queue for approx 20 mins for our drinks. I didn't mind this as could see they were busy but others who were waiting were frustrated.

Service was really poor. Quite a few visible staff but not a lot of working. Waited over 10 mins from ordering to receiving the 2 drinks I ordered. The staff member making the drinks seemed to pick up on my impatience and deliberately slowed down further. The drive thru on the retail park has exceptional service and speed.

I spent 25 minutes waiting to be served - there were only 3 people in front of me in the queue, but staff seemed to be held up preparing orders for collection. No vegan cakes on offer (I was hoping there would be some of the new rocky road available). What I did order was as good as expected (toast with jam and soya flat white with an extra shot).
