They said they have my part in for me bike but they taking mick out of me n made me go all way up there Tuesday wen they actually ordered me one n put it on someone else scooter

I can not fault this company, my gear leaver snapped on my bike so i rang this company, the guy on the phone told me to bring my bike straight down and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Absolutely brilliant, great price and amazing customer service, thank you so much and your definately my go to garage.

I have to be really impressed with a company to post a review and this is definitely one of them. From the minute we walked In the door the guys here were so helpful and friendly. We bought a bike for our son and if we've ever needed something doing or have a problem they make sure they sort it asap with no messing about. Nothing is a problem for them. The customer service and after sales care really is excellent ??

Bought a Lexmoto LSN from this dealer, i was unsure what to expect from the marque, but im very happy with my purchase. The bike has exceeded expectations and its a real head turner. As a new biker, I was extremely impressed by the care and information given to me by ESB. They made the process of buying a bike easy.
Next time I buy a bike, ESB will be my first port of call.

Simon’s absolutely brilliant. Brought my first ZSB in very overdue it’s first service. He was very non-judgemental about it but really helpful in talking me through the service process and where’d I’d been getting maintenance wrong, and with a couple of repairs too. Incredibly patient guy with a lot of experience - will certainly be returning for all future work.

Took my Lexmoto Michigan here for a warranty service as these were closest to me, what a cracking bunch of lads the mechanics are, talked me through everything they were doing, gave me plenty of tips on maintenance and how to look after my bike and completed my service whilst I waited, cant remember thier names but they're a credit to E S B Motorcycles, the lady that dealt with my payment was also quite nice (I forget her name too) I'll definitely be back for my 2nd service in 6 months and may take my business over when it comes to buying my new bike, cant recommend then highly enough! If you're in the leigh area and want honest, reliable and fair priced servicing and repairs then look no further than these guys here

DO NOT GO HERE. I bought my bike a year ago from here and after learning more about motorbikes over the year it has become apparent ESB know nothing. All smiles when the sale is happening however they have been aggressive, intimidating and will not rectify issues which they were told about. This company looks at primarily Learner drivers and there’s a reason for that, they use your lack of knowledge to justify their shoddy work. I will be taking this company to a small claims court.

Came in for a new 125 and was instantly greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. Alan assisted me in buying my new motorbike without pressuring me into buying. After buying bike from other dealers and having bad experiences I was so happy with the service from ESB. Alan had the bike ready for me within 2 days and helped me with a deal on a helmet. Very happy and I am confident in bringing my bike for future servicing or just a chat. 5*
