Fantastic local firm with many years experience ELB looked after us from start to finish. They booked a date for fitting and arrived on time to remove our old fireplace and install the new one. Arrived on time. Did a great job. Friendly and very tidy. We are very happy. Looks great now but will be even better when we've decorated. Thanks to Leon my parents have benefited from our old surround. It looks so good with their log burner. He assessed it and had his team fit it for them. Thank you Leon and all your team. I am absolutely over-the-moon with my experience from start to finish at ELB Fireplaces. After looking around for a while for a large fire for my media wall, I decided to call into ELB to have a look. Instantly I felt at ease; the displays were great and staff go above and beyond to help you - you really couldn't ask for better service. Called in at ELB Fireplaces as we were after a log burner. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We decided on a fireplace that was in their showroom. The price was very competitive so we bit the bullet and went for it. The installation went ahead without any hitches and they cleaned up all the mess.. Had our gorgeous electric fire fitted today and WOW it looks fantastic, makes a big difference to the living room. High quality finish, just perfect The fitters were brilliant and left the room really tidy. I had a problem with the measurements and Leon had it sorted within a few hours...can't praise Leon and all his team enough. They've gone above and beyond, we would 100% recommend them. Highly recommend Leon and the shop and fitting team. I have deliberated for over 2 years whether to replace our gas fire which was a beautiful looking fireplace but only 20% efficient, therefore we never turned it on. We finally took the decision to remove it and have a Chesney stove fitted. Wow what a transformation, we have shifted from not using the lounge to loving the lounge. The fire is mesmerising to watch and heat is perfect. A huge thank you to the fitters, I didn’t want mess and I didn’t want to decorate as the wallpaper was still loved. Not a mark anywhere, usual dust but soon cleared. End to end amazing purchase. Yes it’s an expensive one, but well worth it for professional, safe, clean, reputable products.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. We recommissioned a chimney into an old cottage and Leon provided huge amounts of advice and guidance throughout the process. The fitting itself was a truly first rate professional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend ELB fireplaces enough. After being let down at the last minute by a supplier Leon was at our home within an hour to advise and survey what we would need. We were having an extension down so time was critical. Leon is very knowledgeable and will do everything he can to help. My wife and I are the very proud and happy owners of a log burner in the Contura range and are enjoying many warm, cosy nights. A HUGE thank you to ELB Fireplaces.

Very professional setup came and did the survey and understood exactly what we wanted. Fitters arrived bang on time and got straight into the job which wasn't easy as they had to remove a very heavy 115kg Logburner and then sweep out the chimney before they could even start. Wow ! What an experience! Local shop with local staff and tradesmen. A quality service from start to finish. First visit for the survey on time and ideas shared. Fitters that came on the day were excellent and were clearly happy with who they worked for. Clean and tidy and you wouldn’t have known they had been. Great value for money as I’ve had quite a at 10k plus. Everybody on time to complete the installation. Thanks ELB that’s how you do it! If there was six stars you’d have them. I’ll add more photos when decorated

Had our new gas fire fitted today and all of the guys were really good at their job. They cleaned up after themselves, had sheeted the floor etc and were cheerful and chatty. Young Jordan was a character, a lovely lad and all 3 of them were a pleasure to be around. The finished fire looks smart and the workmanship is faultless.

Just superb from beginning to end. Leon provided brilliant advice regarding an issue I had which worked perfectly and far better than I’d expected. The guys worked exceptionally hard and were amazingly skilled at their job. So glad I used a local firm and I very much doubt they could be beaten on price and workmanship. From start to finish they have been brilliant. First off they had the stove in stock that we wanted, other stores had an 18month waiting list. Then they came out and did a site visit to make sure it would fit in the new extension. Fitting was great, they were very flexible in the date as we had building work which needed to be done. Very tidy and ultra professional. Couldn’t recommend them enough

We had been talking about getting a log fire for a while. ELB was our first choice as its local and well known around the area. Jordan and Jason from the team came to install the log burner. From first coming to the house, they were fantastic, and took real care to be tidy both inside and out as we had only recently had a new deck done outside, and were in the process of laying new laminate inside. The job was complete in a day and we were able to start enjoying the log burner. Would highly recommend ELB; for product choice, cost, speed of installation, and the team themselves.

Top rate service from start to finish. We were recommended ELB by a number of people who had used them before. Sherry was great showing us the different options in the showroom and she followed up with other advice and support. When Leon came out to do the survey he clearly knew his stuff and presented us with different ideas and showed us pics of fire fits and media walls he’d done on our estate - ELB are clearly an established and popular business. They were patient when we needed to put our order on hold for a few months (and when we kept changing our minds!) and when we went ahead were really pleased with the final fit which was done quickly and with no fuss. The fire has finished our room off very well. The lads who did the fit were very professional as well. Great value, great service from a great local business.

What a great company and people at ELB Fireplaces. From start to finish it was a pleasure having Leon and his company on board to have a fire fitted. My journey was not a good one with two company's previous to ELB that would hard sell there fires and not order the fire that I had researched as they had never heard of even though its a big sell in Europe. One company after two months of waiting decided on the day of install insisted that he would like £6k first and then as I refused he dropped us but that's how he runs his buisness he said. ELB, we explained what we were looking for, fire and finish and this wasn't a problem. From the first visit with Leon I had a gut feeling that i had picked the right company, very knowledge in the world of wood burning stoves and I like to do buisness with a well established family run company as you get the great after care service, Leon would always be available if I was unsure about something and if I missed his call he would ensure to call me back. The team were excellent from Mike who built the fire breast to the two fitters who installed the fire and very professional. Leon has a great team around him and nothing was to much trouble, waste cleared and training given on care and use of the fire. My first review ever for Google but ELB deserve it. Thanks again Leon.

Amazing from start to finish. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I first contacted Leon but we discussed it and he offered me different options. I eventually decided on a gorgeous electric fire but it would have been too wide for our chimney breast, but this wasn't a problem as Leon arranged for the sizing to be changed so it would fit and it looks amazing. The guys that came to fit the fire were really friendly and they were finished in no time at all. I can't wait to decorate now and we are looking forward to cosy winter nights in front of the fire. I would recommend ELB fireplaces to everyone.

A very established outfit, this company came highly recommended to me and I decided to go with them after vetting a few firms, I visited the very well presented showroom to be greated by friendly competent staff who was able to provide me with all the information I needed with demos set up to look at. The installation team were very professional from start finish, answering all questions I had and comforted my concerns with they're profound knowledge. Recently had a fireplace installed by ELB & very pleased with it.. The lounge is transformed with the colour changing electric fire with a wall mounted tele.. Initial hiccough with a non colour changing unit which was quickly sorted.. It is not cheap but the effect you get is worth it., All in all, great friendly service.. ??
