It's been 2 weeks since my application and no update. Chased it up and was told they didn't have the information I had asked about. I asked them to call me and guess what ? .. no return call. I did an online enquiry. Explained what my issue was, only to be called back and spoken to as if I've not already put an application in. Poor communication. Poor customer service.

If you need a home dont go to these they are not reliable they keep making you wait on if you have been accepted for a property make you fill in forms over and over to be left waiting on a decision. They offer other people properties who offer 6 months rent in advance or they simply just send an email saying sorry you have not been accepted the landlord has picked someone else so much for helping people get homes they waste so much time go to a company who actually care about helping people get a home!!! Would not recommend

Would highly recommend get the jobs you ask about done with in the week. Had been with for two years my landlord just changed Estates agents if i come to move would definitely go back here family run business father and son both nice guys.

Fab agents. Rented with Nick & express let a couple of times now and my family also lets property through him so experienced both sides of the services and always very accommodating and flexible. My sister is also about to let property with them now on our recommendation so it’s becoming a family affair. Thanks nick.

Shockingly bad! Had an appointment booked for a week, I arrived 15mins early (my choice I didn't expect the agent to be there at that time so that's fine) I did however expect him to be there at the arranged time, when they weren't I rang in to see where they were to be told "he's left 10mins ago" so he'd left the office 5mins after our arranged meeting time anyway. I wait, when he arrives he takes other people into the property even though I was told I had the first viewing. Awful service.

I went t to view the property I really like it and was going to put deposit down and filled the form online , the guy show me the property called Pete as he said I will definitely get you the answer tomorrow if I fill the form , then I filled the application form straight away online sent all my proof of identity and bank statement waited for one week keep calling the office and got told Tomorrow after tomorrow after tomorrow for one week after all this they should have been honest and told no sorry the day after as they promised me so disappointed after week waiting I thought I got the house , please anyone try elsewhere thanks.
