They always keep us informed regarding legal matters, and tenant issues, and have helped resolve any issues quickly. We would definitely recommend them as agents.

Myself and my partner used Lewis William to rent out a property in Lowton. From start to finish they were nothing but efficient and professional.
We had problems with our tenant not paying even though all the necessary checks had been carried out. But after taking their advice we were covered for this and they took care of everything for us, ensuring what could have been a very difficult situation seamless and easy. Lovely, friendly ladies . . a great team and would highly recommend! They take every worry or concern you may have about renting out a property.

Great experience from the start. After calling about a property that had been taken, they explained that another one in the area would be available in the next week to two. Highly incompetent employees. Total, I repeat TOTAL inability to read with understanding the information sent in the email combined with complete thoughtlessness and ignorance. I received confirmation on Saturday to view the apartment, and on Monday I was to confirm if I would be there (due to work). On Monday I was inundated with requests for information that I had already provided, the apartment was supposed to be just for me, and I get information about having to provide details of other landlords!!!! On top of that, some sick request in the Canopy system to grant the landlord access to my bank account!!! to check whether I pay rent on time. My result - clean and unqualified. No ability to use and analyze the income data provided. Constantly just more documents and more documents. What kind of analysis do they do in this agency? Maybe Urine? Blood? One person sends a message about an organized viewing of the apartment, and another person mindlessly questions it!!!. My net earnings are several times more than the rent for the apartment I wanted to rent. But no. Documents, certificates and not sure what else. With such ignorance, thoughtlessness, split personality I encountered in this country for the first time in more than 7 years. I will simply rent an apartment in another agency, where employees can think.
I caution against this agency and any sending your personal and financial information to it.
Owner of an apartment in Lowton on Golbrone Road - I will not rent an apartment not because I can't afford it, but because the complete cluelessness of the employees of this agency has defeated all my good intentions and all understanding.

Superb service from start to finish. From viewing the flat to moving in took only 4 weeks. Communication was 1st class all the way through. Beth and Laura dealt with everything for me and i was kept informed at all times to ensure i moved in on the date i wanted to. Thank you so much. They wanted me to download an app, create an account, provide bank statements, etc... just to simply attend a viewing. I understand doing these checks if I wish to proceed with the rental but if I had to this process for each viewing request I did, it would be 45 hour full time job. Keep processes simple!

Very bad experience with Leigh office and the office manager Beth. At the end of tenancy they try to rip you off. Even if you leave the house in good condition (with normal tear and wear) they will do a negative raport and in most cases you can say good bye to your delosit. It could happend to us, we were lucky with the landlord as he accepted to refund all deposit.
Better to stay away from this agency.

I have acted as guarentor for my daughter for the last 5 yrs, my daughter passed all home inspections and never missed a payment during this period but Lewis William insisted on a payment before agreeing to give her a reference, my daughter paid the rent early leaving herself overdrawn, the last thing she needed when moving to a new property, this sort of pedantic behaviour gives the Letting industry a bad name in times where money is scarcer than ever, my daughter has a 3 year old child to support and is now overdrawn because Lewis William choose to act this way for no good reason, after this experience i would not reccomend this company. I have left 1 star begrugedly because otherwise i couldnt post this review.

Brilliant service at Lewis William, all the members of staff I dealt with was extraordinary helpful with any queries we had. The move in times were really fast too! It took just over 2 weeks from viewing to move in date which was superb.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive in arranging my new tenancy contract. I met the landlord quite by chance and he gave me an informal viewing. Two and a half weeks weeks later I moved into the beautiful property. Special thanks to Andrea for her patience in helping me navigate the online process

Rented a property with Lewis William for 4 and a half years. Had multiple issues with the property during the tenancy which were no fault of anyone but were always sorted promptly by the Agents. Decorated the property to make it more homely and had no issues with attaining permissions to make any modifications. Would rent through this agency again.

Avoid at all costs!!!! The staff are abrupt and rude. Lisa’s attitude is absolutely awful she must hate her job! And the so called manager never returns calls and makes it her life’s mission to apportion the blame of poorly maintained property on the tenant.

Staff are bullies and threaten people to try and get there own way will hold your deposit from there lack of housing upkeep and send aggressive voicemails and emails (beth) and (lisa) they need to be retrained asap they have no people skills what so ever these are based at the leigh office don't entertain them!

My friend has just rented a property from Lewis Williams. Dealt with a very professional lady called Amanda. Nothing was too much trouble for this lady from the moment we met her at the property to picking up the keys. Highly trained staff very pleasant and welcoming.
