I order from this place for the first time and the food took 3 hours to arrive. I called the shop and the staff were very rude and put the phone down on me. Never order from them never again!!

Ordered for collection quite late after work, bbq texas calzone and a burger meal with shake. The Mr really enjoyed the pizza and the milkshake was outstanding. The burger was a typical takeaway burger and chips a little overdone but apart from that it was lovely. One particular guy behind the counter was awesome and topped up the milkshake with whipped cream. Will probably return after a long shift again.

Great service , love how generous you are with the kids chicken poppers meal. I’m a loyal customer and love this place I’ve had a couple problems but they always get resolved fast and sufficiently.

Just ordered via uber eats & the burger was overcooked & dry, I specifically stated no tomato & they added tomato ? I requested chilli sauce i got mayo. Normally these burgers are worth the price but clearly not anymore

Never read the special instructions when ordering on UberEats for the meal. Always ask for no mushroom. Always comes with mushroom on. Even tried saying I was allergic to mushroom. They still put it on. Shame because I actually like their pizza when I have called in to pick one up.. they seem to listen to the request when I am ordering in the shop. Just not when I want delivery. Disappointing

I've ordered from here many times. The food is always tasty and piping hot on delivery. Drivers mostly arrive earlier than specified and if not they are always within the time specified.

Ordered the special kebab with Shish, Chicken Tikka and donner on Naan, Received two pieces of chicken tikka, and a massive lot of donner on a rock solid tortilla wrap, no Shish to be seen. Waited an hour to receive what I can only describe as a chucked together donner taco with a massive lump of sauce in the middle and raw onions on top. Ordered a milkshake which to be fair was absolutely banging, proper thick and solid price at £3.50 and good range of flavours, no milk just pure ice cream, so drop in for a milkshake, avoid the kebabs at all cost.

It's whats a rubbish take away I order pizza at 23:30 deliver 00:45 and bring They make my pizza wrong I called and teldim it's wrong and they are say replacing in 20 minutes but never be happened do never call or order from this place it's no good and just wasted your time and money On the phone it's different price when delivery comes different price and you can't get right change

Don’t get food cause it’s not nice I like getting the milkshakes allot but not even bothering anymore ordering from here just for sake of a milkshake can’t even be arsed putting cream on when your asking & paying for it… then they lie saying their is none when you call them. every single time u order you have stress about making sure theirs cream on your milkshakes because they never do it can’t be arsed doing their jobs losing good customers

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Ordered, were given a delivery time and an hour later and two phone calls we were still waiting. They made no attempts to let us know about the delay and the customer service was absolutely appalling. If you’re understaffed please give delivery times you can actually stick to

The service is shocking. Our delivery of cookie dough and chicken wings arrived two hours after ordering and was missing the ice cream, the wings were stone cold and the cookie dough tasted raw. Will not be ordering again!

After a flyer came through my door on Thursday, thought I would try Frescos, had a Frescos Kebab (£9.50) last night, I usually go to Pizza Olivera but saw their food rating isn't very good. The kebab was ok, salad had cucumber in it when I had asked for it not to be added, no biggie tho'. Pitta bread was like cardboard and on the side so didn't moisten up with the juices (couldn't eat it). A lot of donner and not a lot of shish or chicken, but the meat was fairly tender. Chilli sauce was industrial and not very nice. £10 minimum order for delivery, so i said I would pay £10. I always tip delivery drivers so had £11 waiting. Driver said he would go to the car and get 50p- not sure what was going on here, but he obviously uses this ruse to ensure a tip. Food arrived fairly quickly. No Montezuma's revenge, which is always a good sign. On the whole, probably won't use them again.

Totally shocking service from manager and driver. Told 1 price to then be charged extra. Driver also said he could not give me correct change as he didn't have the right amount with him. So overpriced and short changed on same order. Manager said staff member should of told me different price, that is not my mistake. Manager also was no help and offered no solutions to any problems. Most places are free delivery over £7-8, I was charged extra for delivery for an order that was either £15 or £17 is ridiculous. Worst takeaway that I've ever used in Leigh area. Bad attitude to complaint. I feel like I have been purposely robbed but told that it is all OK and nothing will be done. This takeaway is a total joke and I would advise anyone to stay well clear.

Love going to Fresco's the shish kebab is the best in town... (my opinion, others may say different) the ice cream milkshake is better than anywhere else and I'm going to include McDonald's because their milkshake machine is never working.... overall though I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars because their food is just cooked perfectly for my taste

Ordered food at 8pm. Still not received it at 11pm. Rang the shop on 4 different occasions, told us at one point it had already been delivered, why would we ring to ask where it was if this was the case. On the 4th occasion of ringing we told the shop to have the delivery driver ring us when he arrived. Still no phone call or sign of the drive. Also the house is on a massive main road and cannot be missed. If your not sure where it is, why not use the number left when you order food. Absolute joke!!!

Milkshakes are good but food has really gone down hill to the point of making you ill. They all ways get your order wrong. Stay away if you are getting food.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Food was supposed to arrive at 10:45. 00:15 and still not arrived, tried phoning from 12pm no answer even though there open till 1am. Definitely will not be returning. Pull your self's together you jokers
