I sold my property with Hunters (Leigh branch) in a matter of weeks having moved over from another agent. My onward purchase was also through Hunters. I cannot fault them, Antonia and Melanie were extremely helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us get to the end. I would highly recommend Hunters for both selling and purchase.

Selling your home can be a stressful time. We recently purchased a beautiful bungalow via Hunters estate agents Leigh. The team was very professional, but a special mention must go to Antonia who was so helpful,with solicitors jargon. Contacting the vendor, and assuring us things would go according to plan. They did. Hunters was one of 3 Extate agents I asked to value the property .Mark was the most thorough of the 3 agents and really had a good look around the property and took in all the good selling points which I think the others missed . He. Gave me a realistic view of the market and his valuation was slightly below the other 2 but perhaps more realistic at the time . Communication with the girls in the office was good and we got a buyer a few months later for more or less the asking price . All went to plan even though sales were taking longer than normal at the time . I Was particularly impressed with the support and assistance from hunters to get it over the finish line when tight deadlines were imposed by the buyer Overall a great service and would recommend

I rarely leave reviews but felt that I had to leave one after just recently selling our house with Hunters. Various issues arose making it not an easy process! Antonia was fantastic and really did go above and beyond for us. She made a very stressful process a lot easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Mark Littlewood from Hunters Estate Agent what a salesman! Firstly, he will overprice your house, ours was overpriced by 75K in comparison to other estate agents, he will tell you he can sell your house and get the most for it. He will tell you he has a waitlist of people waiting for houses in your sought-after area, that he has a list of potential cash and Chinese buyers and that he will take drone shots of your home and have open days to get people through your door. He will tell you his sales fee like you’re getting a fabulous deal (but don’t tell anyone any other vendors you may be having in to value) its 1% by the way and the same as everyone else. He will tell you if you need to take your house off the market it’s not a problem. When we approached Hunters and requested, we take off the market with them because we wanted to use another estate agent due to service, Mark Littlewood then became hostile and threw various threats at us. Think long and hard before using Hunters.

For the second time we have bought our house through hunters. Both times the service is excellent. Staff are always available to take your call & answer questions. Our main point of contact was Antonia who is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Melanie is equally as helpful if Antonia wasn't in the office. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Viewed a property with Hunters, communication was very good. On viewing, any questions that i had where answered very well. I was very pleased with everything and as soon as I said that i was interested they dealt with everything. they kept me in touch with where the application was, and gave me a moving in date that was workable for me and my family. Some agents want you in as soon as they can but my circumstances where slighty different, but they worked with me on it. The staff are fantasic and i have no doubt anyone dealing with them will get 100% customer satisfaction. A big thank you goes out to Antonia for her professionalism dealing with everything

Hunters Leigh have been fantastic so far, we had our initial buyer pull out but they we're quick to help resolve the issues and calm me down, securing another buyer within a few days. Mark has answered numerous calls from me when I have been having a meltdown (often out of hours) and has been a constant support in the process up to now. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past, and I have not yet come across a branch manager as good as Antonia. She always calls and leaves voicemails to keep me updated, and responds to any emails in record speed. Not the typical estate agent who sits on emails for days on end. Thank you for your help so far!

Booked for a valuation at 1.30, got a call at 11.30 to say they can't make it as short staffed, whilst I understand in this current climate people are short staffed, a call the day before or even in the morning so I didn't waste my time waiting in would of been nice.
