Met with Stef as a friend referred me to TGEA after we had a really poor experience with Hunters. He's a genuine, decent, honest bloke who knows the area well and didn't promise the world, just let us know what to expect and what they would do. No big sell, just facts and trustworthy advice. Ignoring the fact that we had an offer through in just a few of weeks, which we were stoked with, the big difference with TGEA was Stef and Clare. Both were in regular contact all the way through the process from the moment we met. We always knew what was going on and they were as quick to update us with bad news as they were with good. Came away from every conversation feeling like they had a plan, and we were able to completely trust them. Would highly recommend them

We recently sold our house with Stefan at The Good Estate Agent in Leigh, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. The professional pictures they took of our property helped it to sell within 24 hours of being put on the market, which you don’t often get with other estate agents. Stefan at The Good Estate Agents has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole purchasing process of a recent apartment in a converted mill, from our very first viewing through to today's completion and handover nothing has been too much trouble to him, extremely responsive and helpful at all times. Used Stefan at the Good estate agent. I honestly don't think he could have done any more. Professional, polite and friendly. He really went further than he needed to to to aid with our purchase and I couldn't recommend anyone more than him and the good estate agent as a company. I used a different estate agent for the sale of my property and it was world's apart. They're honestly getting a 1 star review.
