Last night my car wouldn’t start as I was trying to get my cat to the emergency vets after he aspirated on vomit and went limp. It was the scariest time of my life. It was a Friday and the waiting time was approx an hour. When I told the call handler the situation she said she would send someone asap. I had a taxi arrive within 10 minutes. I’m so grateful to them. They helped save my babies life by getting me to the vets so quickly. I also forgot my card and money in the panic (I was also in my pyjamas). But the taxi driver was accommodating and allowed me to send a bank transfer after I had taken my cat into the vets. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be using this taxi service again whenever I can to support them for supporting me.

If you've a medical condition don't bother ringing them up they'll automatically assume your bladdered n won't take you home...thought the point of a taxi service is getting a person home when other means arnt available? Disgusting

9 times out of 10 when picking up parcles from the hospital, the drivers have a terrible attitude towards NHS staff when asking to see their ID. Some of them are plain abusive even though it's their own dumb fault for forgetting to bring their ID when they know we need to see it. The drivers seem to think we should be okay with facing disciplinary action just so they don't have to walk back to their taxi to get their ID. If it where up to me I'd give the lucrative NHS contract to a different company.

Very professional. Acknowledgement of booking sent to you. Bang on time at 2.30 in the morning for airport run. Very pleasant lady driver. Will use in the future every time.

I had to find a taxi company to help me bring my mum home from hospital In a wheelchair. I was recommended this by a nurse.
The gentleman came on time. He was very polite and patient and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name..it was Tues 27th April at 1240hrs from Leigh Infirmary.
I haven't used a taxi in a very long Time, but j will definitely use these again. Thank you. The price was also very reasonable.
