The driver would not drive down the road, he stopped at the top of the road, flasged his headlights for me to walk to the car. I have difficulty and struggle walking. I have always used Zcars but following my experience today, I will not use Z cars ever again.

Me and my friends got A taxi last night from the Hindley arms on market Street hindley around 9.30pm. The taxi driver had £16 on the clock when we got in but didn't think anything of it. He dropped us off in town centre Wigan and actually said the £16 was a standard fare. That can't be right . I honestly think he charged us from were he came from. I shall be ringing up today to make a complaint. Shocking .

Absolutely ridiculous for a taxi company. First time I booked for 5pm I was still waiting at 06:30pm. Today I pre booked again for 5pm and still no sign. Although the operator was lovely and apologetic. I will never ever ring this firm again. I would say less if it was a £2 fair but it’s actually a £15 fair I rate this company a minus ten

Just got in a z car taxi from a wedding venue and our taxi driver Ivan was a very conscientious driver expressing his concerns to lone female passenger whom he picked up and dropped at tesco in leigh as she had dropped her purse and had 4 miles to walk to get to her destination late at night. He took her to where she needed to be free of charge as he was concerned for her welfare. Top man!

Booked the minibus and was given a price for a return journey. The driver wanted more than I was quoted on the outward journey and again on the return. He was awkward about a second drop off on the return journey although I had already said there would be two drop offs on the return. I paid by card for both journeys when he initially dropped us at our destination but had to give him extra cash for him to do the second drop off on the return jourmey although it was for my son and my two young grandchildren. Never again!

Just used z cars for Leigh to town centre. Great driver going, appalling abrupt and nasty driver coming home, will never use the company again. Verbally abusive to us both. Just glad I was not on my own in the taxi.

I booked a taxi for midnight on Christmas Day. It was a long drive to pick us up and he actually found the house we were at even though it was hard to find and the Sat nav doesn’t go all the way down the road where it was. The driver was so polite and never went over the speed limit on our way home. (some firms I have used in the past I have had to ask them to slow down as some were doing 60 in a 30 and it wasn’t a nice safe journey home.. especially when you have children in the car) This is the first time I have used Z cars but will definitely use again. Also the price was very good as other companies quotes were about £10 more expensive! The price they gave was an estimated price and I was sent a link earlier in the day to pay for my journey which was so easy and it was what I was quoted. I did expect a meter on and pay more to be honest! So the link was really good as it was paid upfront! .Well done Z cars.

Every time you try using their app to book a taxi they reject it. And when they do accept takes forever for a taxi to arrive.

RIP. OFF. paid almost £20 to travel 3 miles down the east lancs. Meter goes up every 5 seconds so good luck - we were driving at 50-60mph most way. RIDICULOUS.

Meter started on 12 before I'd even set off.
Didn't have cash and the driver said they didn't have a reader - until they finally pulled one out reluctantly.
- I had to pay 20 up front. Other services to get home from the address I started n finish at cost total of 16.
- I didn't even get dropped off at my house I had to walk the rest of my journey.

Always on time for booked rides, and a few cars offer card payment options. However recent price rises make it an expensive option, and when there are cheaper fares (e.g. for heading to work) the drivers often neglect to give you that fare.

Have used z cars quite a lot normally very good very reasonable prices (cheapest in leigh) but last time I used them I pre booked a taxi at 14.30pm for 16.00pm for pick up frm work only arrived at 16.30pm.

Booked one for this Saturday via text as it takes ages to get through on the phone got a reply to say it was booked in and a reference number, didn't turn up texted to find out if it was on its way they claimed I was booked in for Sunday never put on my text I wanted Sunday why they thought that I have no idea I said its an error on your part and asked if they were sending me a taxi all I got in reply was no another text saying to book it properly in future no apologies shocking service just blamed me never had a problem before used many times usually a great service and great drivers, appreciate petrol problems but customer service tonight was bad , won't be booking with them again would rather walk .

I rarely have to use a taxi.....once a month maybe....but when I do I'm usually going to the train station...and I always use zcars....all the drivers I've had are really kind and understanding of my 3 year old and on time.....Friday was no exception she was really being a madam the driver was so understanding! we got on the train off for the weekend....my little madam informs me she's left her teddy bunny behind...she was in such a state it wasn't just any bunny but the one she's had since birth from her great nan....totally irreplaceable!! I immediately called...the lady I spoke to was so quick to get bunny back to the office....and had no problem looking after her until Monday when I was back...nearly 4 days!! Not many cab companies would do this!! Went to pick bunny up today and she's been so well looked after!! And again lady was so lovely and kind about the situation....My little girl was so happy so see her she cried!! So huge thank you zcars!! What a brilliant service!!!

Absolutely abysmal. Ordered a taxi over an hour ago. Got called up and told to walk accross the other side of the retail park to meet driver because too much traffic. Had a shopping trolley full of frozen food so said i could not and got shouted at down the phone and told he couldnt pick me up. I then spoke to the office who said they would send someone out and aplogised only to get a text 20 minutes later telling me drivers cannot get on the retail park as im sat here watching people drive onto the retail park. If you need an important journey and want to not destroy all the food you just bought dont order from this place. Didnt answer the phone when i tried to call back after the text. Disgusting.

Booked a taxi for 1pm, quarter passed one the guy states he's only just given him the job. The job was booked at twelve on the idoliogy it would be here for one, Mu partner had to get back to her broken down car where the tor truck was waiting and leaving my partner stranded with a broken car, The taxi turn up at 1.30pm my missus in tears and just got there in time, my m8ssus doesn't deserve all that heartache after booking a z car taxi at 12pm for 1pm. I don't think repeat custom is going to happen soon.

I always phone z cars they are my first port of call. All the outher taxis in Leigh cost alot more than z cars. The drivers are always coutious and we'll mannered. A great taxi firm for the price.

Cars are always clean, 99% on time, friendly drivers with nice cars and helpful desk staff. Reliable service through and through! Some drivers even accept card payment. Amazing service from Zcarz. I have used all the Leigh firms in the last 3 years and promise you these guys are THE BEST.
