Job Centre Plus

AMAZING!!! I have no clue how any of the staff could have a bad word said about them. The support this centre offers is incredible. I would like to publicity thank Tracy Winterbottom and especially Deborah Leatherbarrow who has been beyond amazing. If it wasn't for Deborah I'm not sure what i would do. It's hard being unemployed and the last 7 months has been tough but thanks to this amazing centre and Deborah I can hopefully now see a light at the end of it. They all do an incredible job and this centre is a shining example of people wanting to help people.

Not very friendly place, the grumpy staffs are doing nothing at all, they just don’t care about JSA’s cos they are already a premature job, every time I went there are about 35 staffs (7 security guards) with about 2 JSA clients!

The staff are always friendly and helpful however there is no lift in the building which can make it difficult for those with disabilities

Someone rang about an interview for a store that's opening, number they gave me to ring back on is someone's home number. Flogging a dead horse trying to get through via service centre. Given loads of numbers to ring. Farce

Nonprofessional,not interested that you are not just a number,badly trained.The rooms-downstairs and upstairs seem to me like slaughterhouses for bulls and cows.All personal details are exposed and potentially could fall into fraudsters hands.The security guards are nothing else but chair shufflers.Most importantly-no enthusiasm.
