Nope just nope. Outright lied to my son saying they don’t take deposits. Outright stole his money. Took more rent than they should first month and left my son with no money for food. Took a whole day. A whole day!!!! Of phone calls to get any kind of refund. Terrible

One of their properties is in such a state it's damaging mine. Have been complaining for 6 months now and haven't got anywhere. On hold at least 30 minutes every time you call, staff will say anything to get rid of you without dealing with the problem. Have been promised 6 call backs and am still yet to receive one.

The company messed up my rent payments, meaning due to their admin mistake I was asked to cough up £300 in full half way through my tenancy. Terrible service - avoid this company.

Jigsaw have no control over their contractors, i;ve had 5 attempts now and multiple more visits to repair a roof leak. Unsure why they dont get the roofer back to fix their own work, makes no sense sending a handyman. This isnt the only issue we have outstanding with them and its becoming a bit of a joke. They have no grip on the builders at all. Terrible after sales service.

Jobs and repairs are never done on time. Had so many issues. No one gets back to you. Consontanly chasing people up. Had a wall collapse in a new build home within 2 months. Not build safe.

Absolutely shocking organisation. They run sheltered accommodation and because of COVID the communal areas are closed, so Christmas decorations have been put up by some of the tenants in other areas of the accommodation. Jigsaw have ordered that these decorations be removed. You're talking about places where old people live. People who have been isolated for almost a year and here they are looking for a bit of colour and Christmas cheer and these people insisted they are taken down, absolute disgrace! And how do you think they have imposed their will? Health and safety. No explanation as to why a fire-retardant fake Christmas tree tucked out of the way is a threat to health and safety, just get it removed! I know Christmas decorations seem like such a small thing, but to the people who live in these places they matter a lot, and now they feel like they are living in some Stasi managed prison with unexplained diktats coming down from central office. They treat the tenants of these places terribly and seem to think because they are older people they can be bullied with absolute impunity. In these difficult times you'd think there would be some measured compassion, not from this lot, they don't care, they only seem to be interested in money and couldn't care less about the well-being of their customers.

The flats live in have to use Adactus for Service Charge . At first it was £65 per month, within 3 years £108. Found we were paying for next blocks 6 car park lights for at least 13 years, won't tell me who will be paying for loads of new equipment, still not reconciled. Overpaid electricity bill by £729 by my insistence bill was incorrect. All community lights permanently on 24/7 for 30 days, complaint still not sorted. Worst Company ever, could say more... Leasehold & Service Charge lost all my emails and now new manager trying to bully me into resending them. He can go and whistle. I wonder if Adactus read these reviews? doubt it!

Very grateful to have a housing association house. Adactus always try to fix my repairs as quick as they can. Only had a few issues in 12 years. Xx
