Just watched an audit video at this station and the Sarge With the beard was a fine example of what an officer should be. Instead of kicking up a fuss and threatening the person filming with the terrorism act or anything else he stood and had a genuine conversation about things! That is what all officers should be like. If this is seen by any top brass, The chap should be in charge of training officers on how to deal with members of the public who are filming. very cordial and pleasant to watch.

Disgusting service, have waited over 1 month and still counting for a reported theft where we have told them where the goods are and the abuse we have suffered at the hands of the thieves and still not been out to investigate. Do not answer the phone

had to use a few times this year and found them very helpful. Although front desk is now closed. Which is poor, the officers and staff have been helpful

Visited the police station to make a complaint about disruptive neighbours, I was told to ring up and make an appointment, I have tried 6 times and they don't answer, they tell you they are closed after 18 30, I was ringing at 16 30, No answer, no matter how patient you are and after 6 times I gave up, how many times do you need to ring, or how patient do you have to be?
I bet it would be a different matter if they got docked money for their inadequacy. or if the people was to say how much taxes , they are worth.
They are not always busy, they are lazy.

Piss poor. Won't answer the phone if you ring it so don't bother , what a waste of tax payers money this lot are , couldn't catch a cold and if you have something stolen from you they turn up a month later
