We cannot recommend Key Computers or Service Geeni after having been trading with them for 15 years, and spent probably in excess of £50k Having specified our requirements to them, they have failed to deliver. We have struggled with them just get basic Excel Stock and Sales reports. I have met Jonathan who is a gentleman, but the rest of the team, are quite frankly a waste of space. The Sales teams promises far out weigh the real world experience. The last email received from Key suggest we go to another company, and I suggest if you are looking for new software, you should too.
