We cannot recommend Key Computers or Service Geeni after having been trading with them for 15 years, and spent probably in excess of £50k Having specified our requirements to them, they have failed to deliver. We have struggled with them just get basic Excel Stock and Sales reports. I have met Jonathan who is a gentleman, but the rest of the team, are quite frankly a waste of space. The Sales teams promises far out weigh the real world experience. The last email received from Key suggest we go to another company, and I suggest if you are looking for new software, you should too.

Having met Jane and Jonathon, I can honestly say this company is owned and run by the most genuine people you could ever meet. Every issue we have ever had has been dealt with effectively and efficiently and do not have a bad word to say about them.
