5 months agoBrilliant service. My Asus Rog6 fell down the stairs, no one else wanted to repair it. After a short inspection and 20 minutes, the phone was repaired at a very good price. I will definitely come back.

10 months agoRecently had two phones repaired from these guys. Pixel 6 for a replacement screen and a iPhone 14 Pro Max for a replacement back glass. Both phones were picked up in great condition with repair carried out to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them.

10 months agoI have used this business several times over the years, initially for purchasing accessories and simple repairs like new screen protectors. I have always thought that the service has been very good. Just recently we have had two issues with phones that although they are good phones, they are now getting older and used as either a spare phone and one rhat belongs to my elderly father, not someone who wants to move with the times and get the latest phone!! In both cases the phones have been professionally repaired and are working perfectly and .... at a very reasonable price. However, as good as this sounds on it's own, the standout element has been the guys attention and understanding of our needs and the service they have provided. It is quite rare these days to find a business that is willing to go the extra mile but the guys here all did so. In this day and age, support your local businesses has become a mantra that we should all try and follow. Those businesses that are willing to support their communities deserve our support. Please support the guys here, they truly deserve it. Many thanks ... see you next time.

1 year agoTook my phone to be so called repaired after 6 weeks the screen falls out and they are not willing to take responsibility NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I have never had a screen fall out on me or infact anyone I know keep away from this shop plenty more phone shops in leigh who will do a good job

1 year agoTerrible. Not only did they not fix my phone due to a screen issue, they glued it back together with superglue, rendering the insurance null and void. Do not use.

2 years agoTook my iPhone XS in at the end of August for a new screen which at £85 was comparitively competitive enough for a new OLED screen it seemed. On repair I was told that on 5% of phones the Face ID would not work once the new screen was fitted and typically I thought, mine turned out to be one of those! Anyway, come the end of November the backlight on the screen Phone Gear had fitted started to fail followed by areas of it which became unresponsive to touch. I took the phone into iSmash in Manchester Arndale under my phone insurance this time and was gobsmacked to be told the screen Phone Gear had fitted was a cheap LCD screen and not an OLED. Furthermore, once iSmash had fitted the new OLED screen low and behold, the Face ID worked again! Basically, Phone Gear ripped me off and that's all there is to say. Take your phone to them at your peril, better still take it somewhere and pay an extra £15 to get it done properly.

2 years agoRang up regarding the back light being faulty on my daughters iPhone X took the phone in the next day and replaced within 45mins at a great price wont be going anywhere else for my future phone repairs excellent service and really friendly guys.
