Never liked the Know how staff at Leigh my dealings with them they were very rude. Store staff however are ok hence the additional star.

Superb customer service, staff are polite and helpful. I returned an item that had stopped working during the recent lockdown, literally took less than five minutes to process the return and get my replacement. Always happy to shop here.

I dropped a laptop off for repair last week and today I went to collect it. Had been sent a link so I could track where my item was in the repair cycle and have had great communication throughout the whole experience. Staff in store were helpful, polite and friendly. For any technology and electrical needs, I would recommend Currys Leigh.

Staff in store stood around in a group of four chatting.
People are allowed to have a social chat if the store was well presented however I found products missing shelf edge labels, product information tickets and products not demo ready. All in all a bit of a mess and the manager needs reprimanding for poor standard.
If it wasn’t the fact I did get acknowledged this would have been a one star review.

Large shop. Wide isles and good layout. A wide range of products. I bought a Shark True pet hoover. Customer service is good. Lady helped me for 10 minutes at the counter to help me find my order via my phone. Did not seem a problem to her. Very patient with me. Screens in place at checkout due to Covid. The place seems very organised. Someone near the door to welcome you and help find what you are looking for if needed. Parking not a problem as on large retail park. Surrounded by other shops. Home Bargains, KFC, Sports direct among others but to name a few. Wheelchair accessible.

Went for a printer cartridge. I needed the better quality one but they didn't stock them so I got the lesser quality one but this was £5 dearer than the better quality one I bought last time. Lesson learned.....buy on line.

Wonderful when in store and paying your money, but when trying to find your missing item on your delivery the customer service is unnecessarily frustrating. I spent over a thousand pounds yet I cannot get anyone to speak to regarding my missing tumble dryer. I will not be shopping there anytime soon.

Great customer service by 3 individual female staff on 2 separate occasions.
Saw quite a few male staff just walking around talking to each other rather than helping a customer clearly wanting assistance.

I have been without a DVD player for many months and thought what the hell it's time to replace. It was priced at 24.99 and after help from an employee even though I thought I didn't want or need it! I purchased said item and at the checkout it was only 19.99? Happy chappy for a week now as I can play DVDs and CDs that I have been unable to do so so for a long time. If I die tomorrow I die happy. Thank you

Went for a look around and decided to treat my wife to a new Tablet. Confusion at first trying to put which price lBle went to which Tablet. Assistance required and found the member of staff very helpful. Finished up spending g more than I was going to. But got a decent Samsung Tablet

Currys Leigh- Thanks Robbie- you were great. Very good customer service, speedy, efficient, cheerful and very helpful. We purchased 2 laptops, bags and 2 wireless mice for my work (children's charity). I would have given 5 stars but I couldn't purchase the printer/scanner I wanted as they had no stock. Thank you.

Limited items on show, compared to their website. I was there at least 10 minutes looking at laptops. No-one spoke to me. I may be in my 60s but I have since spent nearly £1k on a laptop directly from Acer.

Unable to pick up laptop I wanted, have to wait till it gets delivered to the store. Could have had it delivered to my home, but was only available to be delivered on an all day slot. Did not want to have to sit around possibly all day waiting for it.

Went in to buy something that was in stock on website, they said they didn't have it, so went out and ordered it on their app for pickup at same store. Went back in 15 mins later and surprise they had it ready for me!

Seems that Currys have gone right down hill in recent times. Went in for a Dyson hoover, can't get them, went in for a laptop, out of stock, went in for a Motorola phone, been out of stock for three months now, another Moto phone, out of stock, a Samsung phone, out of stock. You can order them online for delivery tomorrow but none in stock, some people want to physically hold and look at what they are buying not order online, they will be whinging when stores are closing but what do they expect when most things are out of stock? Bring back carphone warehouse, much better service, stop trying to cut costs at the expense of customer service.

Could not complete transaction. All systems down allegedly. No genuine efforts to help. Ended up going home and order the item online. Not sure if the staff are interested in selling anything.

The staff at Leigh did everything they could to help me to resolve my problem. The staff at head office [hani] whom I spoke to was less than helpful. Been sold a bundle online that isn't compatible, the in store staff did everything they could think of to refund me, even though the head office staff said it could not be done... careful what you buy online with currys....

Pre ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max for release date was fine until o got a call to say that sober wasn’t gonna be in stock why let me preorder then ??? So changed colour to purple as they sad this one would be available for me as it’s a preorder I’ll get it real was day said come release day I go to the shop to find it wasn’t available and I can’t have it till the following Wednesday nearly a week later that’s a complete joke the staff was very unhelpful and didn’t wanna help in the slightest to resolve this issue never would I ever preorder using this place ever again.

Curry's is shocking yo deal with. Can't get to speak to anyone in store. Bought a product which when opened was obvious it had been returned. It was dirty and had labels stuck on by previous owner. Webchat promised leigh branch would phone me. 2 days later not heard anything, took product back. Given a new one, got home instruction booklet missing. Web chat told me to download it - 58 pages!!!!! Needless to say it will go back next time I am passing and will get a refund. Will not shop with this store again

Shocking Horrific experience leigh.Firstly fridge freezer I wanted they never had in stock,but was on show x2 but still put price up,on them.First went to buy they were cheaper,waited that long they put price up.Tv purchased in full,its not in,will be in tomorrow,im still waiting 5days later.When he was serving me at his desk,two ladys interrupted about ink cartridges,he got up buggers off seeing to them,all ignorant.This place leigh parsonage way is the worst currys EVER.
