Paid £15 for a special kebab with 3 meats to be delivered. The kebab turned up with hardly any meat and no donner meat at all. Called the shop to resolve - was told the road was shut and it was tough, I wasn’t getting another even though I offered to wait as long as it took. Guy serving put the phone down on my twice. Disgusting.

1 month agoOrdered a Gonzales special and paid £15 for delivery the kebab took just under 1.5 hours and had no doner meat on the kebab and virtually no chicken or sheesh, when we rang to ask we were shouted at down the phone and was told there is nothing that can be done the road is closed so they could send a tray of diner meat in 3 hours and wouldn’t provide a refund for the item they hadn’t provided. They then put the phone down on us twice - we will never be using this shop again

1 month agoGarlic bread with tomato tasted like plain bread. Hardly any tomato sauce or garlic. Breaded mushrooms and chips tasted the same ( like it was cooked in biblical oil) chicken wings were plain advertised as spicy but no spice and tasteless. Feel like I've been robbed.
