2 weeks agoI have been in here this morning and one particular cashier if thats what you can call her is honestly the most rudest person I have met shes zero communication or peoples skills so have to wonder how she got the job in the first place I have now opened a new account with a bank thats got a branch that knows how to treats its customers no wonder all the branches are shutting with staff like that.

4 months agoI have had nothing but my card being declined trying to pay online. I've been told it's for security reasons. I am having to apologise to seller's online. The bank has everything they need to contact me. Phone number. Email. Address. I am disabled and use online shopping if I'm allowed to. Very unhappy with the security on my debit card. It's my money
