Rude staff and I'm just a delivery driver !!!! Had to wait in the line and when I got some attention I walked over and was told to rejoin so I left without delivering

They keep you on hold more then 30 min on phone waiting to talk to someone when they should be more people on phone to chat 2

Usually very good service, but the branch appears to be closed at present due to an outbreak of Covid19. Not sure when it reopens.

Not good experience at all with this branch's staff. Very unprofessional staff that results in visiting this branch twice with no reason and just because of their mistake.

I've banked with Lloyd's for donkeys years. No bank is perfect but I like the personal touch and I like knowing the people I'm dealing with.
Michelle, the manager is brilliant but so are most of the others. It's the only reason I've stayed with them for so long. Long live the friendliest staff in the area.
