Went into the store to purchase a new bed and mattress, was given a 2 week delivery time which was completed and delivered. Many thanks to Paul who was polite and friendly and reassured us on our choice. Also a big thanks to the delivery guys they were excellent.

First and last time me and my wife will shop here. Paid in full for a wardrobe told it would take 8 weeks till delivery! Nearly 3 months later still waiting.. we had to chase them to find out what was happening! Customer service is terrible!! Save the disappointment !!

Had lots of furniture in the past. Staff very friendly and helpful but this time ordered furniture in August, received part order a few months ago. Still waiting for complete order although it wasn't the shops fault

Word of advice for anyone not in the NW of England - If you're not within a 50 mile radius of Leigh don't waste your time enquiring about any potential purchase, as I have just been told in the customer chat that the delivery charge of £200 is there to discourage people outside the area from buying!...LOL

After visiting the store back in Ocotber and seeing the beautiful furniture and speaking to Ian and the lovely staff I fell in love with an amazing dinner table and chairs. But wasnt ready to purchase it, saw same table in housing units alot dearer and the service no way as personal. Rang the store in Feb and ordered the table and chairs over the phone, nothing was to much trouble. excellent service and was delivered when promised 3 weeks later. !!! Yes 3 weeks. ( Not the 4 months housing units said ) delivered , built and rubbish taken. Cannot fault them. Highly recommend . Great products and great service. It definitely pays to buy local. !!!!

Fantastic service. We had to wait much longer than initially planned due to the covid restrictions however magnum informed us where things were up to every step of the way. The delivery lads where super efficient and very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back for more furniture in the future!

Made our second visit to Magnum yesterday after having bought a bed , this time looking for a 3 piece suite. Our first visit left us feeling really good about this store, in particular Lucy who was fantastic , polite , knowledgeable and patient , nothing too much trouble. We'd said before we went back yesterday that we hoped Lucy would be available to help us and she was. Once again she and the rest of the team were brilliant and found us exactly what we were looking for. We are determined to shop local and keep local businesses like Magnum alive instead of giving our money to big multi nationals. Well done Lucy and team we'll be back. Oh and keep up the excellent Covid safety regime , we felt very safe in store.

A great experience from these guys, I was kept informed from the moment I placed my order for my corner sofa. They called 15 minutes before delivery on the day. Great team of delivery guys too very polite and even took the packaging off and set it up. Fabulous service thanks very much.

If you are planning a visit to Magnum Furniture and are unable to wear a face mask and are exempt from wearing a face mask for whatever reason then I suggest you shop elsewhere as MAGNUM will not let you in. They will try to tell you that they have face masks that are ‘medically proven’ that everyone can wear them! No recognition for the sunflower lanyard and exemption card! Shop elsewhere were you are appreciated as an individual and not discriminated against!
