Really good experience shopping with this company. I received a phone call after enquiring about a corner sofa and everything was sorted for me within 30 mins - I’ve got a monthly direct debit set up for with mo interest ! It was delivered for us the next day - really polite and helpful team - thanks so much we love our new corner sofa bed

Absolutely awful made a £2500 purchase to cut a long story short poughe was damaged and I NEVER recieved my headboard after 6 weeks off constant messaging like a previous comment I had to go through my finance still no contact with this company again AVOID....

Couldn't rate Northwest Furniture enough!!! Absolutely LOVE my dining table and chairs. Rav was an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended for absolutely stunning and top quality furniture ?

Bought my mattress and my sons from the Leigh store, there is plenty of choice and wasn't rushed into making a decision, the staff are really helpful and even made me a lovely cappuccino lol! Thank you guys

The pay weekly option is a massive plus, I'm currently paying £11 a week for a large corner sofa. Great value, great service. Would definitely recommend!

Tried to scam my uncle he paid £15 deposit for a brand new sofa to get a call on whatsapp after the deposit was paid to say that the sofa has damage. Once he asked for his money back as it was supposed to be brand new they were putting back hahahah your getting nothing back Nd he had to go thru the finance conpany. OVIOD!!!

Had a Delivary today of a table and chairs, totally satisfied, tables lovely. Liam & Pete delivered and assembled, my table, really friendly professional service, made sure i was completly satisfied before they left, definatly will be using you guys again, thankyou so much

Ordered a bed and mattress, the delivery guys were so nice and kind, they fitted the bedframe and did a really good job with it. Really pleased with the final products. Would definitely recommend to others!

Ordered a Bunk Bed For My Kids, Completely forgot about asking for a fitter to put it together. Gave them a call and had a fitter around within the space of 2 hours. Great Delivery & Response Time. Recommended 10/10!

Purchased a beautiful white glass dining table with chrome chairs and grey velvet knocker chairs. Said 2 weeks delivery but thankfuly came early as i couldnt wait. When it arrived today the delivery men were so polite, and answered all my questions. The table was very easy assembled and the chairs already came assembled. I have never been lost for words over a dining table. Its made my house look beautiful. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will be sharing the company to all my friends and family. Im so delighted and will order more products soon. If your looking for beautiful furniture, i highly recommend this place. The staff made me feel so welcomed over the phone whilst purchasing too. They helped me make my decision with sending photos over to make sure i was 100% happy. They even called after my item was delivered to make sure i was happy with my purchase. Thanks guys! Ordered ottoman bed with headboard last weekend..was delivered following weekend, and installed for free, and within time slot provided..5 star service ( with a smile!) easy ordering. excellent delivery. brilliant furniture. most comfortable to use, would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend to family and friends. only had furniture a few weeks but will see how it is at a later date and will update review. at the moment cannot fault furniture in any way. we are absolutely thrilled to bits with it.
