Absolutely disgusting waited over an hour for our food spoke to the manager to get a refund and point blank was so rude and wouldn’t give us a refund the garlic bread was raw chicken was disgusting stay away and do not order from here it’s not like it use to be Mr Eats use to be so good for its food but now

1 month agoThe food from here is so so nice ....however they let themselves down when it comes to fulfilling the proper order. This time they missed the sauce off my kebab. I didn't bother ringing.. I was too hungry so I just put my own on but it wasn't the same. Last time I ordered they forgot the cans and when I rang they said they will just deliver them with my next order when I mention it. I wanted it with that meal really :-(. I will continue ordering in hope that these problems get sorted.

2 months ago2 hours from ordering to delivery of food is unacceptable. Tried to say we ordered 50 minutes after we actually did but everything is now done via the Internet so had proof of the time we ordered. Gave them a try from our usual takeaway but won't order from here again.
