I called the shop to see if he could fit me in as the previous biab job from elsewhere wasn't right, and also told him my nails had been filed too much it was very painful, I was worried about having them taken off and new but the man was great,,,I was shocked there was no pain at all, he worked quick yet carefull knowing I didn't have much time, this had no negative effect on the job, im very impressed! He was kind, polite and great and his job, thank you so much, see you soon :)

I will never go to this salon again ,the man was so rude and he threw my hands around squeezed and twisted my fingers really hard and twisted my thumb all the way round causing me alot of pain, he never spoke just grunted ,and when I left the salon my fingers and especially my thumb where throbbing, this is the second time I have had this treatment from him but there won't be a third time , I will use another salon to get my nails done.

Always been here for my nails and wouldnt go anywhere else, always get exactly what i want and the nails last ages, lovely staff and service. See you in a few weeks!

WOW! What an experience it was coming here, me and my daughter came here on a last minute decision to get our nails done together. My daughter wanting acrylics and me wanting simple gel polish. When we arrived, the man instantly had a slightly rude manner towards us making us feel slightly uncomfortable, but nonetheless we sat down after being sighed at and pointed to sit on a couch. We sat for a while before finally being seen too, the man took care of my daughters nails and the woman took care of my gel polish. The woman was quite friendly but the man wasn’t, pulling at my daughters hands and shoving it under the lamp when necessary. A huge lack of communication and customer service was shown. We left with our nails after paying £38 for acrylics and £25 for gel polish. After a week, one of my gel polish nails was damaged through no fault of my own and two of my daughters acrylics had fallen off! I rang the place to see if this could be resolved and the man on the phone completely ignored my questions. We drove down anyway and on arrival the energy in the room was horrid. The man clearly was not happy we had come to resolve our disservice. We went over to the man where he ragged my daughters hand seeing which nails had fallen off sighing and huffing. He then took a look at my gel polish and tried to blame the chipping on me! The whole time he was fixing our nails he was looking at me and visibly laughing! I felt so disrespected and just wanted to get out. He made me and my daughter feel so uncomfortable my daughter ran out when he fixed her nails waiting for me outside distraught. There is a clear lack of customer service here especially from the man who was rude, intimidating and overall very disrespectful towards someone who is paying you for a good experience. All I can say is save your money and DO NOT COME HERE it isn’t worth it!!! If I could give this place a zero I would!!!

I visited today for the first time there's no ques the 2 staff were lovley and kind and I showed them a picture of what I wanted I got exactly that love them this will be my nail salon from here on thankyou both I see you soon x

My daughter & 1 had our nails done here. What an experience! The gentleman doing my nails was clearly not happy as we walked in without an appointment at 3:45. He could at that point said sorry it’s too late and we would have left but he didn’t. He tutted, sighed and moaned all the time of doing my nails. At one point I asked him if he was ok he was that bad. He finished my nails and put his coat straight on but my daughter wasn’t finished, it felt very uncomfortable sat waiting for her. That’s the experience now for the product. My nails looked like shovels! The shape of them where ridiculous the square edges were so sharp I could of opened a tin can with them. They were very wide and thick, beyond terrible. I spent the next 2 hours shaping and filing my nails to look like nails and not garden accessories. My daughters were a lovely shape but the hearts painted on them looked more like kidneys! I didn’t complain at the time because of his attitude I just wanted to leave. He clearly didn’t care how I left his shop. Wanted my money and to leave. This is my second (and worst) poor experience at this nail shop. There WILL NOT Be a 3rd visit!’

Hi I’ve read the other reviews a bit negative but I had a great experience yes they were quiet but we got chatting and both mr and Mrs were very nice people I got to know about their upcoming holiday and their family but most importantly my nails fingers and toes we fantastic picture four weeks later not a chip out of them and I’m really heavy handed the price was good I went to this salon through a friend recommendation and I was not disappointed

My experience was awful, like some of the other comments say the guy that’s works their is Beyond rude. I walked in just to get my nails taken off, I just got stared as I walked in not a single word to me, I asked if there was anyone available to take my acrylic nails off and didn’t get a response from any of the staff I asked again and the guy responded saying ye, that was it not take a seat nothing so I asked him if he had a particular Seat he wanted me to sit in he just sighed and pointed at one. He then came over didn’t say a word to me and just looked at my hands and started nodding his head no, still not saying anything to me the whole experience was horrible he didn’t speak to me once was holding my fingers far to hard, then when he hurt me and I reacted he looked angry at me like what that makes no sense, he spent the rest of the time I was there sighing and nodding his head Every time he was “finished” with one of my hands he swatted it away. Never have I ever experienced that before and never will I recommend or go there again most horrible and disrespectful 20 minutes of my life. At the end I asked him how much I owed him £12 still no eye contact

Staff are not friendly or welcoming especially the guy, he is quite unfriendly. They don't say hi when you come in and they don't say bye when you're leaving. Terrible customer service, the dude makes you feel unwelcome and looks at you in disdain. As a black Carribbean, someone from an ethnic minority group, I felt unwelcome and unwanted. I sensed discrimination, my white friend visited the shop and said they were nice to her. I won't be returning. I only visited the shop last year because my nail tech had covid. I would give 4 stars for the quality of the services that I have received Manicure, waxing and nails. I said hi and you didn't reply. I was the one that said what I wanted because you were just staring and you didn't ask me what service I wanted.

Review my own personal experience only, however could not recommend service for gel nail removal. Nails now short, brittle and have electric file groove marks in them. Charged £15 for the pleasure.

The place is dirty Use a glove with a hole in it. The pedicure was not a pedicure. The manicure was not a manicure. Avoid at all cost. They are just rubbish.

Been coming to this lovely couple for years. Easily the best nails and brows in Bolton. So good that I refer to them both as wizards ? Never been disappointed with anything I've asked for whether just standard colour from the shop, a mani, pedi, a design from a photo, or my brows. Always get compliments after leaving the shop. Unlike many other nail shops, these two gems don't just clip off your natural nails in favour of tips, they actually help maintain them and keep them healthy when at a long length. My nails, toes and brows always look amazing, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else ?

I have been going to this shop for at least 6 or 7 years and i have never had a bad experience they are so friendly and the nails last weeks!! I have had nails on for 8 weeks in the past and they was still all on. Ive never lost a nail and now when i go in i trust him to give me the best nails his own designs and they are amazing every single time he designs them i juat let him do what he wants because they always end up being unique and perfect!. Anybody who wants their nails doing i would always recommend here. Also had a pedicure fir the 1st time yesterday and i was so relaxed his wife made me felt so comfortable especially in the massage chair! So my experience over all the years iv not got a bad word to say they or any lovely people who do a fantastic job at nails Thankyou again

I love having my nails done here and wouldnt go anywhere else. Guy is should be referred to as an ARTIST and perfectionist. He makes sure you are happy, doesnt rush and my nails last a long time. Well worth the money. Thank you
