Delighted with the staff at the Leigh store, absolutely nothing to much trouble. My phone wasn't in stock and they actually offered to bring it to my home address. Very pleasant and courteous.

Staff were excellent in their professionalism and customer support. I asked a number of questions about opening up an O2 account and service, and received helpful and thorough advice. One staff member even have me his personal SIM insert opener so I'd have everything I needed when my SIM became active. Phone support was excellent too. Brilliant service all around. Thank you O2!

Went into leigh shop today and Staff member james helped me, I went in to upgrade my phone,was very welcoming, very helpful excellent customer service and professional. I needed my 76yr old grandmother's account closing, she was told to go in store, they told her to ring in with an attitude so she went home and called again for them to say go in store again. So I doubt you could help to.
I went to her bank and stopped 4 direct debit from o2, she only had 1 phone from 2017. Shame on yall

Having problems with new O2 account. Went to Leigh shop on 3 occasions. What a waste of time. Fortunately the Customer Services who I contacted by phone were able to help and explain the problem.
