I visited the above O2 store yesterday to discuss upgrade options with my partner and we were particularly impressed by the service we received from our advisor, Jennifer.
She acknowledged us the second we entered the store, she was helpful and informative, thorough, compassionate and kind.
We had only returned the night before from a holiday to Australia where I had broken my phone and hence the need to call in despite suffering jet lag. She made the process straightforward and easy to understand and I happily upgraded on her advice. In return, my partner went out and bought her a Costa hot chocolate as a way of thank you!
We feel, that the general public as a whole, are quick to feedback negative experience, yet see it as just as important to feedback such a positive one as this.
By far the best service we have received in any O2 store we have visited.

Absolutely brilliant service from both members of staff on Sunday. as soon as we walked in the store, they smiled and acknowledged, and Tyler, who helped us through all the process of the contract, the upgrade everything so easy,
What impressed was the fact that even though we didn’t finish the whole upgrade and data transfer process until half an hour after the store closed both members of staff(I’m sorry I can’t remember the ladies, but she was so friendly, chatty too) stayed at the store without any problems without any issues just to ensure that the service that they gave was outstanding
I would recommend using this store as the staff are wonderful , and are an asset to your team

Rude unhelpful staff. Definitely don't recommend....
I needed my 76yr old grandmother's account closing, she was told to go in store, they told her to ring in with an attitude so she went home and called again for them to say go in store again. So I doubt you could help to.
I went to her bank and stopped 4 direct debit from o2, she only had 1 phone from 2017. Shame on yall

Having problems with new O2 account. Went to Leigh shop on 3 occasions. What a waste of time. Fortunately the Customer Services who I contacted by phone were able to help and explain the problem.

Went into leigh shop today and Staff member james helped me, I went in to upgrade my phone,was very welcoming, very helpful excellent customer service and professional. Talked me through everything I needed to know about the upgrade i was getting. overall very happy with the assistance I received. Thank you

Fab u lous really pleased not only with phone but got hot spot box too, 3 months free then great payments and if I'm not happy just take it back, staff was great very informative friendly and patient

Staff were excellent in their professionalism and customer support. I asked a number of questions about opening up an O2 account and service, and received helpful and thorough advice. One staff member even have me his personal SIM insert opener so I'd have everything I needed when my SIM became active. Phone support was excellent too. Brilliant service all around. Thank you O2!

Delighted with the staff at the Leigh store, absolutely nothing to much trouble. My phone wasn't in stock and they actually offered to bring it to my home address. Very pleasant and courteous.
